He showed up on time (again), did a great job in about an hour and my 3 rugs look phenomenal.

He focused on all the discolored dark spots, an issue the other service said it was impossible to remove without damaging the fabric. The technician was courteous, agreeing to text when he arrived rather than ring our doorbell to avoid waking up our baby, and also agreeing to wear a mask while he worked. Joel Rowley rated it 5/5: They did a great job. You can't see the repairs at all and they look great. Jay was also very knowledgeable and we found out what type and where the rugs were from. We also brought in two rugs that we had purchased. One pulled up at the top and another had a pucker in the middle. He fixed the one that pulled up and advised that we not fix the other as it was not worth it. I appreciate his honesty. They do really great work, stick to their stated timelines and can communicate by text. Fully recommended.
