Before leaving, he very “tactfully” explained that my 22 year old tile floors with discolored grout could be made to look like new. My floors have been annoying me ever since I moved back into this home after having rented it out for 5 years. Their process thoroughly cleans the tile and grout and then while on their hands and knees, a sealer (with a 5 year warranty) is painted on. They have 10 different colors to choose from. My floors and the grout look amazing. They look like they did the day I bought this home 18 years ago…maybe even better! Fabulous job, great customer service, so knowledgeable and you definitely get what you pay for! I am incredibly pleased! Thank you Brandon for all your hard and professional work. After a fiasco with Bell Solar’s subcontractor, Central Valley Insulation, fine particulates of cellos insulation were being blown through my air vents for over a year. Annie was so incredibly patient and kind while I was trying to get payment from Bell to clean my home. She was always positive, upbeat and friendly even though it took a long time for me to schedule.

John showed up today, on time and assured me that everything would be cleaned to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond, even helping me move some furniture. He was also super kind to my dogs.

I have already recommended Annie and her team to friends and family. You will not go wrong by using them! I know we will be repeat customers!

My sectional had stains from the previous owner and from that I couldn't get out with my shampooer and these guys got most of them out, I knew they wouldn't all come out, but these guys were amazing. The before, during, and after went great. He is very professional and gave me a 30-minute heads up that he was on the way to complete the cleaning. He did a great job on all the above, the tile looks brand new. The grout is back to its original color and the garage concrete looks incredible. He takes care and wears boot covers while working in your house to prevent making it dirty even further. We just bought our new home and it had stains everywhere and these guys made them disappear and our carpet looks brand new!! Our kitchen floor stone is actually grey but it looked so black and dirty, by the time they were done it was a gorgeous grey again!! 10 out of 10!

The entire game was covered.

They executed the perfect game plan. Everything, I mean everything was way above any expectations.

My house, workshop and shed was painted perfectly by Frank.
My entire concrete, and there is a lot of concrete. Was cleaned by Mike. Which now looks like it was just poured.
And my desert landscaping was again perfectly manicured by Isaiah.

All the while I was kept up to date the entire week by Valerie.

Way to go guys and gals. Budget Services is now my goto business for all my residential maintenance.

I use the home for rental purposes, and get a lot of foot traffic in kitchen, foyer, family and dining rooms, and therefore like to have the tile cleaned every quarter. Michael responded within minutes and even accepted my request for same day appointment. He also provided tips on proper tile maintenance between cleanings. I would definitely continue to use his services.

He answered the phone himself and said he was just finishing a job, but he could come over in about 45 minutes to give me an estimate. If we agreed on a price, he said he could do the job the same day and be done in about two hours. True to his word, he was at my house within the hour, we agreed upon scope of work and price, and my floor looked like new less than two hours later. Michael was very professional and the tile and grout never looked better. None of the other tile cleaning companies even called me back, but Michael went above and beyond to get my floor cleaned that day. That was very important to me as I work full time and this all happened on a Saturday very happily and unexpectedly. I highly recommend calling Michael for your tile and grout needs.

I’m not the proper representative for our house? I literally live in the house you screwed up with my SO. I am using my local guide account because my SO is in the Air Force and is worried about retaliation from LV Tile. By the way, just spent the last week moving furniture, cleaning, supervising, coordinating, and working with like 10 different people re-grouting the entire house. Had to rip up every bit of grout in our 3 month old house to fix what you guys did. Want photographic evidence of your damage? Sure! No problem. I’ll show you the black streaks and chips all over the house that STILL are not fixed because your crew damaged the actual tile, ruined the grout with inappropriate high pressure cleaning on brand new grout, AND failed to seal the grout, similar other customer reviews you falsely report to be taken down. Don’t you dare try to publicly slander my name. It will not work. It will only get worse. I have a mountain of evidence. I have nearly a decade long history as an honest local guide. My credibility far exceeds yours. Your disgusting responses to customers with real problems you directly caused says everything. Idk what ‘investigation’ you’re talking about either. If anyone deserves an ‘investigation,’ it is Las Vegas Tile and Grout for scamming customers like me and then viciously policing negative reviews with outright fabrications in response. A professional company with good intentions does not respond the way LV Tile does to customers, especially those experiencing workmanship issues. Oh, and Michael blatantly attempted to bribe us to take down my original review. LV Tile is flagrantly violating Google Maps’ terms of service for business listings. Las Vegas Tile and grout is run by a scam artist. There is a photo of a machine that completed ‘over 10,000 jobs’ in this very business listing (certainly not ‘new’ equipment). There is supposed to be a Teflon ring in between the rapidly rotating steel nozzles of the cleaning head of the machine and the flooring it is designed to clean. It helps it glide over tile and grout and keep those steel heads from contacting/colliding with the floor and damaging it. That same machine that supposedly performed 10000 jobs (without maintenance) was used on our floor. The Teflon ring was non-existent by then, resulting in black scrapes on top of and side of the tiles, multiple chipped tile corners, grout staining and small holes in the grout. All permanent. That is verbatim from the cleaning machine manufacturer we contacted. Toll warranty supers and independent tile/grout construction contractors working to fix the damage confirmed no sealant or the wrong sealant was applied. No hydrophobic coating, no stain resistance, no seal at all.

Michael, owner of Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning, will not stand behind you if they ruin your floors. When Michael called us back after several weeks of unanswered texts and calls,he could not have been more rude. Raised his voice, became overly defensive, interrupted repeatedly, and blamed us for the damage before even explaining the problem to him. Michael hung up on us and never called again. Not one that is insured/bonded because they know that they’re covered in case of mistakes, would like to maintain their reputation, and don’t have to worry about lost revenue if repair costs are necessary to fix mistakes. A professional business usually values future business and generally avoid public arguments with customers by solving workmanship issues as they come up. you better hope they get it right the first time because you’ll spend the next year battling a logistical nightmare to undo horribly sloppy and damaging ‘work.’ A complete lack of required maintenance on their floor cleaning machines, scamming us out of a thousand dollars, and basically spitting in our face after politely requesting Michael come back and evaluate the 30+ now damaged areas should tell potential customers NOT to hire LV Tile.
Michael McGrath rated it 1/5: Complete waste of money. I spent almost $500 to have my shower tile and grout cleaned and it looked the same as before. The owner Michael Marcus just kept saying that the price is justified because of the equipment he uses. But I told him the shower looked exactly the same and that seemed to make no difference to him. Absolutely horrible, do not waste your time or your money. The photos I’ve attached are the after pics, which you can see the shower is still extremely dirty.
