When I was invited to check the car after they finished I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to get all of the ink out completely with the exception of a very small spot. That spot is so light it isn't even noticable unless you look for it. Both of the techs were very nice and respectful which is not found much these days. If I ever need to have my car cleaned again, I will definitely have Stanley Steamer do it.

Lots of family dinners with red wine drinkers and kids who may or may not have used these chairs as napkins. Needless to say the cream colored fabric was not so cream. They spot treated, cleaned and applied a whitener and a protectant. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained their process thoroughly. What impressed me the most is the fact that the owner was present for my appointment to train the team that was sent. He was kind and patient and had no problem jumping in to help or demonstrate. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I can’t say enough good about this company.

Called and scheduled and appointment to have our carpets cleaned several weeks before the day I needed them cleaned. When I called I provided my address and a description of the services I wanted. I also discusses the need of the importance of the small window I had for the carpets to be cleaned. Scheduled an 8:00am appointment so I would be their first stop is what I was told. The morning of our appointment came and at 8:30 I decided to call and see where they were as I told them I needed to leave my house with the carpets cleaned by 9:30 when I schedule the appointment and was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. The supervisor said he would check with the technician and see where he was. Another 20 minutes went by and no call so I called them back. I was told they had double booked the 8:00am slot and it would be 11 before they could get here. Not happy I agreed and changed all my plans for the day so I could be available at 11:00 as I didn’t have a choice I needed my carpets cleaned before we had 30 people over on the 4th of July that coming Monday ( the appointment was scheduled for Saturday). 11 came and went and at 11:30 I get a call that they are 9.3 miles away and the individual informed me that his GPS said he was 30 minutes away and that due to that there was going to be a mileage charge of 20 dollars. Even though I provided them with my address when I schedule the appointment and got a quote. After some back and forth with this individual (very rude on his end might I add) I had enough and even though it was going to put me in a bind I was not going to give my business to them. When I advised them that I did not want to do business with them I was told thank you and hung up on.
Jim Muse rated it 1/5: Everything was great until I noticed a large round area in my office that was unsightly. On Monday following the Saturday cleaning, I talked to Gerald and he said that he would call me later in the day when he was in my area. No call! So much for his "100% GUARANTEE".
Tangie Davis rated it 1/5: Do not. Do not use this guy! He is so unprofessional, I don’t think he’s playing with a full deck. I called him to come out to a location where I’d be moving. He was able to come the next day. He changed the appointment 3 times. I informed him that I would be 5 minutes late because I had to pick my daughter up. I was 3 minutes past the 5. He called to tell me that he would have to charge me $40 extra ( red flag # 1) I refused. Told him I was around the corner. Got there let me in. As he was getting equipment ready. He proceeded to tell me a story. It was about someone giving him a bad review. ( red flag #2). I didn’t pay it attention. As he was cleaning almost done. I noticed he missed a spot and told him. He raised his voice to tell me. I didn’t tell him how to do his job (red flag #3). Long day I’m the last customer. “Okay” I can understand, but not really. However, it didn’t stop he kept ranted about people telling him how to do his job. I was simply letting him know so that it didn’t go undone. After finished he guaranteed 100 percent on his job. I called back 3 days later to let him know the smell was still present. He came back one week later. I’m not sure what he uses to clean but he ask me if I had vinegar. I gave him a gallon and he added to whatever he uses. I tipped $ well in good faith. He said he may have to come back a third time but would get it right. Another week goes by I called him to come back. He scheduled for the following week. I had to leave state back to work so I canceled, told him I would call when I returned. I returned and I called him( Gerald). He said he was busy, but would call later with a time and date. I called two days later he told me the same thing. I waited called three days later. He told me the same thing. Well a whole month past. I text him to give him a reminder. He called me so irate and told me I was harassing him. My text said Hi Gerald do you have a time for me yet? He talked so unprofessional and told me not to give him a bad review. I hung up. He called back, I thought maybe he was going to apologize for the outrage, but no he continued. I told him forget it! I would never do business with him ever again! I hung up again! He called back five more times and then left some unpleasant text. I wasn’t going to give a review but after this madness everyone doing business with him needs to know. He definitely didn’t deserve any stars.
