Had them come back out for the second time due to concerns the stains were still visible(30 day guarantee). Spent over 200 dollars on just my living room, hallway and area rug to be cleaned. Super bummed out on how it turned out after having them come back out again. Now being told my carpets need a tier 2 cleaning form the stains after spending 200 dollars but the website says 3 rooms for a 139…… smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

The gentleman that did my carpets was very accommodating and kind. My only concern is how dark my carpet still looks after the cleaning…..I wasn’t expecting perfect I’m just concerned about the stains that are still visible.

I was panicked, wanting to get it taken care of before we moved our stuff in. Tanya was amazing over the phone! She was very accommodating, and made sure that I got the earliest appointment available. The gentlemen who took care of the cleaning were incredibly quick and efficient, and gave us a tip about cleaning our air ducts. I'm so relieved that our home is now professionally cleaned and move-in ready!

We received a text saying they would arrive shortly. 2 hours later they finally showed up. When the guy came. He was offering us services that were not listed on the website which was odd but we decided to do it since he recommended it. He also said that he should be charging our one room as two but we should just get the sanitation instead. After he left we did not go in our basement so we could just let it dry and we already had our dehumidifier going. 2 hours later. I went down to check on it to see what it was looking like. There were stains still in the carpet that I easily got out on my own. The carpet was so soaking wet. I could push water out of it. When I called the customer service line they said that they would work on having someone come out to fix it and that they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no one had called back so we called and they told us that they don't give time frames for someone to call back. Our carpet was left soaking wet and prone to mold. So I went ahead and used our home carpet cleaner to suction as much water as I could. The water was brown and murky and I was getting up stains and hair that were left in the carpet. This has been an extremely unprofessional experience. I'm very disappointed considering we hired them to come to our last house and they did a great job.

They also cleaned the couch we were about ready to just replace because of stains, and we look forward to sitting on it again! When you have 5 pets and little kids, mess and stains just happen. Their prices were fair and transparent, and their customer service was excellent! Highly recommend. We will be having them back in the future for sure!

My complaint is that when I went to open the master bath window for a breeze the storm window was put back in wrong so it woudn't open. I popped the window out to fix it and couldn't get it in place again so called them to do it for me. They were going to charge me $75.00 for 5 minutes work on something they did wrong to begin with. They finally settled for $20.00. Needless to say do not think I will have them do my windows again.

First of all we were impressed that he was on time, he wore protection gear from head to toe. He checked the whole carpet out to see what needed to be done and located where some tougher stains were. He was very kind, and very knowledgeable of the carpet cleaning procedure, the cleaning was done very quickly and thoroughly. The carpet dried quickly, it feels soft and it smells good. Thank you Kevin!!

An extra $29 was added for a service charge after our basement carpet was cleaned. Their reply was “You try cleaning carpets for $139.00”. Our point was “tell us that when we ask for a cost estimate”. Don’t quote us one price & we pay a higher amount. We will not use this company again.

I have a small theater platform that is maybe 30 square feet. a couch and 4 chairs. They tried charging $650 WITH the 40% discount. I was FLOORED. How is that even ok? So without the discount it would have cost me nearly 900 dollars? I feel completely ripped off. I gave gave them 2 stars because Kevin is courteous and timely but I just cannot believe what they charged me for such a small job. I should have asked for a quote up front but I will not be using this company again.

So they say $120 is the base price regardless if you clean a room or you have a few spot issues.
When the tech comes says you need this and this and this.
Even if you only want steam clean only it's the same price, after he advised me what the cost would be it was over $200. Way too expensive for me and anybody else. That's a commercial starting price, not a homeowner price!
I said the office quoted $120. I decided to go with another company and I recommend that you do also.
The coit of several years ago, that I remember now gone, it was affordable and polite, now its tech's are pushy and non transparent.

Also usually carpet cleaners will charge extra to treat animal stains but they didn’t. My basement carpet was just saturated in cat pee In one area and after they left I couldn’t smell it anymore and the stains were gone. They were super nice guys, I will 100% go to them in the future over anyone else in town.

First shining star that Done Right Carpet Cleaning receives is their timeliness. I called Tuesday around 2-3PM and was able to schedule an appointment for noon on Wednesday (yes, the very next day). Fast forward to Wednesday and Brandon from Done Right Carpet Cleaning was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early!
Second shining star is for the quality cleaning job. As mentioned, my carpets were not pretty, he even made a face when he saw my carpets by assured me he would get them clean. Needless to say, he delivered! My carpets look brand new!

They were professional, efficient, used state of the art equipment and the carpet is CLEAN. I am so grateful and know I will be using them again! Highly recommend!

Due to negligent guests, our carpets were tarnished due to pets brought in without being mentioned. Not only was the service itself impeccable beyond all belief, the customer service itself was up to par if not beyond. These are the kinds of men you would allow in your house whether you are there or not present. Myself and my son were cleaning while they came to service the home and they made us feel very comfortable. It was easy to do my job alongside them. Very skilled, kind, sensitive to my child’s needs and quirks (he has ASD). I can’t thank this business enough. I can now sleep tonight knowing our guests tomorrow will be pleased by the cleanliness of the home in which we take pride in. Not only did they do a good job, provide us with top notch service, but they squeezed us in during a busy time for them. I could honestly go on. Thank you again for making my job easy and comfortable. I would recommend this business to anyone a million times over. Bravo.
I included one stain that caused me a lot of distress. The stain, smell, and crunchiness is all gone. So impressive. All other stains have disappeared as well.

They worked on a vacant apartment and turned in a ring they found which says so much about their character. You can trust them and they do a great job at a great price. What more can you ask for? As a result, we have used them a number of times and plan to continue to do so. Not only was the service good, the advice on what we did and did not need was educational. And then he and his assistant were doing things that we weren't expecting as part of their service—seriously an "over and above" situation.

The pickup and delivery service were wonderful. I received a call after their examination of the rugs. The cost and cleaning process was discussed. Lovely caring and thorough people to work with. I think I talked to someone on the phone named Kris. What a delight. This will be my "go to service" for all my area rug cleaning.
