J R rated it 1/5: I have been using COIT exclusively for years. I scheduled a cleaning on a Friday as I was having a party at my home on Sunday. While the guys that came to my home were very nice, they said they were just there for an estimate. I told them I signed up for a cleaning but they only provided me a quote and said they would come back after the holidays to complete the cleaning. If I wanted it cleaned after the holiday, I would have scheduled it for after the holiday. I had to put in all this extra work to get my floors cleaned that I was not planning on. Unfortunately they have lost a long time loyal customer.

N B rated it 5/5: Cannot recommend Stuart highly enough. Of all the local cleaners I called, he was the only one who even showed an interest in cleaning and sealing the Saltillo tile in my new home. He even took the time to quickly clean a couple tiles by hand when he came out to give me a quote so I could see what to expect. The floors came out better than I had ever hoped for, despite everyone else telling me there was nothing that could be done for the stains. He was also knew a lot of about Saltillo and shared all kinds of interesting tidbits and useful tips with me. I think you’ll be hard pressed to find this level of service anywhere else.

They told me they left behind no residue and you can see by the pictures that my cream colored carpet looked gray AFTER they cleaned it! I even commented and was told it's set in from wear ?! It looked even worse than it was. I was livid. I came across Zion and was in tears and Eddie the owner turned out to be my angel 😇. He explained he does a 4 part process and agitates the carpet. He came by and even did a sample to see if he could get it cleaner and he did. I am so impressed with Eddie. He is about INTEGRITY. Finally someone I can trust and who has solid work ethics. I will never use anyone else and cannot say enough good things about him and his company. 😊💜

The few time that I have had problems with a service call, my problems have been corrected very rapidly and courteously. The service men are usually prompt and very thorough. I have several small dogs that don't always like to go outside to relieve themselves. Kiwi has been very good at removing the stains and odor. It is easy to make an appointment and the staff making the appointment is great: their customer service is the best in this new world; you don't get good customer service anymore. I am a senior and I expect great customer service. I felt like I knew the lady that arranged my carpet cleaning. We laughed and shared life experiences. I have had 2 of the best carpet technicians. One has moved on- Felix, and Robert is just as good, however, Robert is in management but when I requested him, he came. If you are not happy with the job done on your carpet, they will fix it. They won't make you feel as if you are asking for too much or just complaining. They do great follow up via phone. The warranty they offer is the best I have ever heard of and it is for a year. If you want a good carpet cleaning from a great company, with real people, this is the company to use-KIWI. I want to just thank all the people I have come in contact with at KIWI. Danny and his brother Anthony came and did carpet cleaning, rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning in my house. Their services were great in all respects. Danny was very responsive in arranging for the work and getting it scheduled at a convenient time. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous throughout the process. They did a super job tackling all of the cleaning we decided to have done and were very fair in suggesting when they did not think a carpet needed to be cleaned or in only doing a walk area as opposed to the full room, as opposed to looking for ways to just jack up the cost. And they even went so far as checking with me the day after to make sure everything was good on my end. Loves cleaning came to service my area rugs, sofa and two occasional chairs. At the end of the service, my two chairs were spotted, stained & ruined!! After two more failed attempts to remedy this debacle, it was determined these chairs could not be salvaged. My cleaning bill was 200.00. I only share this because of how Loves manager, field teams and owner responded to my ruined beyond repair chairs.
“Shelly, how can we make this right? We are very sorry this happened and that our tech didn’t realize the chairs would not react well to the cleaning process. We’ve attempted multiple treatments but sadly, we can’t continue as your chairs just won’t be the same.” At this point; I could be mad as a hornet but with Angela and team, it was impossible. They accepted responsibility, apologized and set out to make this a positive outcome. They offered new chairs, reimbursement of chairs for what I paid or re-upholster. The chairs were only three years old. In the end, I opted for re-upholstering the chairs as I’ve always liked them.
Angela set up the meeting with Kaizen services on Cave Creek Rd, a father and son team, who are also fabulous to work with and provided a great experience. Loves kept me up to date each step of the way and couldn’t have been more awesome. After many weeks, my new chairs are sitting in the living room, looking great and fresh and new!
Their mistake created opportunity for training, created a loyal client and a review of top rating. The service provided was top notch and so appreciated. Christian and his team at Loves, are class acts and I’m grateful for the level of service. The re-upholstery of these chairs, I’m sure, far exceeded the cleaning bill I paid, but what was important was righting a mistake, that anyone could’ve made and satisfying me as a client. June 2015 – They did an amazing job of cleaning white carpet that had seen a lot of kid and dog traffic. Brandon spent a lot of time working on making our high traffic areas look new. I was shocked at how clean he got the carpet. Much cleaner than other more traditional methods that we have used previously. We paid extra for the Teflon and three weeks later, it still looks like the day they cleaned it. Well worth the extra dollars. Price was very reasonable, they were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. I will be using them again.

The grout went from black to white. Scott was AMAZING. He even helped move some of my couches by himself. I would highly recommend. One of the best experiences I have had with a carpet cleaning company.

Making an appointment was easy, they usually come between 9-10am and will call you when they are on the way. They accept card or cash. Very responsible and respectful.

Shay Allen rated it 1/5: My experience with this company was not so pleasant, and I wish I could give 0 stars. We had to have them come out when a sprinkler outside the townhouse we rent busted and flooded a downstairs bedroom. Our duplex management hired this company to come out. We had a man named Rich come to our home and pull up the carpet. He did vacuum up all of the water and left 3 large fans for us to leave plugged in, for what turned out to be 48 hours, in order to get all of the moisture dried up. Afterwards he did put the carpet back and cleaned the carpet. That sounds like it should have more than 1 star, but my issue is the customer service or lack there of.
1) The man, and the female partner he came with, don't know how to knock on a door but just tap. I live in a two story townhouse. No one can hear TAPS on a door. He would then call or text my sister, the woman he originally met, asking why no one is answering the door. Maybe because no one can hear you tapping.
2) Rich used a tool to pull up the carpeting in my home, but when all was said and done he just laid the carpet out without tacking it back down.
3) Because he felt there was water behind an area of the baseboard, he cracked the baseboard to let it dry, didn't let me know he was going to do so by the way, and then told me I needed to tell my management to fix that once dry because that's not what he does.
4) He "cleaned" the carpets in under 6 minutes. That's a short amount of time for an area that had been sitting in a decent amount of water for a few days and smelled like it was already molding.
5) When leaving my home, instead of telling me he was done so I could close and lock my door behind him, he just left and left my damn door open. I guess maybe he could have whispered he was done so I didn't hear him.
Needless to say I am happy that I am not the one who hired this company, because I would take you to court for your shoddy service.
Dave Titus rated it 1/5: Complete sham artists. They agreed to clean my Persian Rug ( cost $4800 ) ….. had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the rug… colors blead and now its an outdoor patio rug. Owner initially accepted responsibility and said they had a water leak in their facility. Said he ( Rich ) would turn in an insurance claim but then balked and refused to make the situation right. Despicable!!

Not only did they have extremely prompt communication, but they gave us a rough estimate for each piece to be cleaned via text after we shared a photo (we also got our mid-century sectional + two chairs cleaned during their visit). They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. If you need your carpet cleaned do not hesitate to give this company a call , you will not regret it! Thank you for doing a wonderful job on our carpet , we will be calling you again soon!
