Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful & an extremely hard worker. My rugs were filthy from our malamute. Stains I believed would never come out, did!! I am so thrilled. The rugs are damp but I don't expect they will need more than a few hours more to dry completely.
I scheduled the appointment w/ Joseph. Like Taylor, he was professional, personable, and answered my many questions as if that was all he had to do that day. I will definitely use this company again!!

After he finished he make our dining room looks worse than it was previously before cleaning. I asked him if he pretreat the spot and if he vacuum first he said he did. After checking my security cam I saw that nothing he claims was don as we asked he to do. That’s a terrible service with a huge negligence and unreliable base on lies service!!!

I live in Bend and they pick up and deliver — even move my furniture. As far as value, I could probably get it cleaned for less, but my rug is of high quality and want to protect my investment. Tom Alexander rated it 2/5: Atiyeh's aggressive rug cleaning process damaged our valuable hand made rug. We learned from our most recent experience with Atiyeh's rug cleaning service that if you have a hand made rug that needs cleaning it is best to not put it through Atiyeh's cleaning process. The fringe on our rug was destroyed, the dye in the rug was washed out, the rug was stretched and misshapen and the wool fibers were softened. (see photos)
Tim and Kevin did try to repair the rug by attaching sewn fringe to cover the damaged original fringe, but in the end, the rugs appearance and value was substantially diminished. We have purchased rugs at Atiyeh and have had machine made rugs cleaned there for the past 20 years, so were shocked by the results of our most recent experience. This was our first and last experience sending a hand made rug to them for cleaning. Giving them two stars for attempting to repair the appearance of the fringe. We wish we had read Brenda York's two star review as it would have given us a clue as to the nature of the cleaning process.

Bottom line, think twice about sending your hand made rugs to Atiyeh Bros. for cleaning. If your rug is very dirty or soiled by animals and you can accept the wear and tear of the cleaning process as a fair trade-off to get the rug cleaned, then go ahead and have it cleaned. If you have only a few spots that need cleaning, just clean those spots.

My mom and her fiance found out he had throat cancer in early March and would need surgery to remove his larynx within a couple weeks.
Which meant he would no longer be able to talk. All of a sudden her May wedding is moved up to March because he wanted to be able to say 'I do' in his own voice.
No time to find a different venue and no time to hire a caterer or even a minister. We decided to have the wedding at my house as it had the most space.
That left me with a week and a half to plan an entire wedding- on top of cleaning my house top to bottom. I have a senior dog who gets confused sometimes, so my carpets definitely need some attention.
I reached out to Alameda and they went out of their way to accommodate the tight timeline and their tech, Charlie, did an amazing job.
The price was a littler higher than some, but the quality of work and the kindness of everyone who worked there more than justified the extra pennies.
They made me feel like I was more than just a job, and that's so rare anymore these days.
I just had an area rug cleaned there last week and it turned out beautiful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing cleaning services.

Between an aging French Bulldog and a toddler, that carpet been peed, puked, and spilled on more times than I care to remember. I’ve diligently had the carpets cleaned every 6 months using a Chem Dry company to mitigate the toddler and the dog. Two months ago I had a carpet repair done and the repair company (referral from the flooring company I purchased the carpet from) informed me that I was not following the warranty requirements from the carpet manufacturer, which stipulated hot water extraction cleaning only. That company gave me a bid of almost $900 to clean the carpet! I decided to look around at other options and I am so thankful I did. Mr. Steam was half the amount of the other company and did an outstanding job. My carpet has never looked cleaner than it did after they finished. I put some fans on my carpet and everything was dry by late evening and/or the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about the communication, timeliness, value, and quality of the work. It far exceeded my expectations and I will be sticking with them for all of my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs

I have taken my lovely Turkish rug, woven in a yurt from local natural dyes, to be cleaned twice in about 8 years. Both times they did an excellent job.
The staff will measure carefully, look deeply for any issues, identify your rug with great accuracy, and do minor repairs included in the wash price. (I assume they do more extensive repairs for customers, but I have not needed that) Their pricing is fair and their process careful and thorough. The website shows their washing and drying techniques.

They also pick up from your home, if you need that.

Renaissance Rug Cleaning is the best. Their hand washing techniques respect the integrity of the rugs that were made to be so beautiful.
I have taken my lovely Turkish rug, woven in a yurt from local natural dyes, to be cleaned twice in about 8 years. Both times they did an excellent job.
The staff will measure carefully, look deeply for any issues, identify your rug with great accuracy, and do minor repairs included in the wash price. (I assume they do more extensive repairs for customers, but I have not needed that) Their pricing is fair and their process careful and thorough. The website shows their washing and drying techniques.

This year Renaissance Rug Cleaning has provided me with over 15 rug pads and cleaned and repaired a fragile antique tribal rug. The repair and cleaning was top rate. The rug pads are also top rate but the cleaning and repair of my favorite antique tribal rug is why I am writing this recommendation.

Mike also gives great advice like what's the best vacuum cleaner to buy, carpet purchasing advice, etc. They've cleaned upholstered chairs, area rugs and carpet. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call.

Absolute was able to schedule the same day- however there was a mishap with the phone number exchange and he wasn’t able to get in our house. So the carpet wasn’t cleaned. When we spoke to him later that day and understood the miscommunication, he said he wouldn’t be able to make it for a few days- so he gave us the cell numbers for two other companies and gave us tips on how to treat the stain in the meantime. Appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to help us out!
