Until today I was in my laundry room and the lint was everywhere on the wall, on the floor and piled in the back. I started to call around. No one can get me in until about a week out. My concern was my house catching on fire. FreshDry fit me in the schedule for same day and Mike the technician was wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions he even went over and beyond and cleaned up the lint in the laundry room. I will be using them to clean my sofas in the living room.

I'm so happy to share there really was no need to have been nervous whatsoever!! Yes, I said cream color carpet, that was all throughout the house prior to the flood. We laid hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and still have carpet on the stairs and upstairs hallway and bedrooms. I also had my fabric lazy boy cleaned. Follow-up. They went from 1 star to 5…or 4.5 to be more accurate. After hearing my complaint, they took my rug back and repaired it so well that I can’t tell where the hole was! My only complaint now is that they should have caught how horrible the first repair looked before they returned it to me. However, they have been so nice through all of this that I’m keeping them at 5 stars. Good customer service is hard to find and they truly have been so kind to work with. Thank you Gentle Genie!

I was wrong, he returned to say that my couches were purchased for a lot of money and that he doesn’t feel he could do a nice job without charging me more! I then asked him if the price were higher would he then work on my Sofas? He said yes! It didn’t take long for me to know this was the wrong company to call! I was literally shocked that a business would back out of their original quote after noticing the quality or location of my home! So disappointed!

We needed carpet cleaning services as soon as possible as we are moving and turning in the keys to our place and he came out the next day to our place which was an hour away from him. He answered our questions and gave us a great price for three rooms a living room and stairs. He and his son did such an amazing job. They were on time and left the carpet looking brand new, way better than when we moved in! They were very professional and friendly! Don’t hesitate to give them a call!
