He explained to him the different ways to eradicate the urine in the carpet (topical vs. flush) before he showed him how to apply the topical for my particular situation. He was a very thorough trainer and the new employee seemed to be taking it all in.

It was nothing new for me since I’ve used Zerorez over the past 10 years. This time the carpet needed less than before since I’m on a 6 month “call back” schedule so I don’t let it get so bad again.

It took them about 2 hours and the carpets were beautifully fresh again, without the typical chemicals used by other companies. This is a fresh, Zr Water cleaning. It leave the carpets smelling great, and once they’re dry they are super soft.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

The technician showed up a few days later and cleaned carpets only, stating he didn't have the equipment to do the rest of the items quoted, but explained thoroughly what was going to be done. The next week a different technician showed up and said he could not honor the written quote as the initial estimate was wrong. He made a phone call and came back with an adjusted price, which we agreed on.
He worked on the three bathroom floors to clean the tile and grout then worked on a small area of the wood floors only to say it was leaving a haze and he could do it satisfactorily so he stopped.

We are very disappointed and will not do business with COIT again.

Backstory: I took three rugs, all family heirlooms, to Sacramento Rug Works for repairs. Their representative and I discussed how each of the rugs would have a different color of surging to match the unique color/pattern of the rugs: one red, one cream, one black.

When I took the rugs home a month later, I was shocked to see they used the exact same color of burgundy surging on all three, completely disregarding what we had agreed on. I called the store to voice my concerns. The guy on the phone immediately started yelling and accusing me of lying about what I ordered. (Google/Yelp reviews suggest I'm not the first person to face such an angry tirade from the staff here).

The store also refused to provide me with a copy of my invoice. The owner sarcastically offered to refund my money, but only if I agreed to let them rip out all of the stitching first (which would have left the rugs in far worse condition than I started).

These guys are a shady and unpleasant bunch. Again, do yourself a favor and make the drive to another shop.

He arrived early, worked quickly, and gave us photos of before and after. Also did not pressure for bird proofing based on limited evidence of issue. Will definitely use this service again and might get interior work done too (i.e. carpet, tile and furniture cleaning).

D rated it 1/5: Scam alert!!! Don't hire these guys. I saw their add in a booklet that arrived at my house for $95 to clean three rooms. Once they arrrived I agreed to pay $175 for them to clean four rooms and a hallway. Then they asked me to clean the tile in my kitchen for an even $200 for everything included. I said yes and signed the paperwork. I asked the Russian gentlemen if they would only charge me $200 for everythign, tile and carpet. The man said yes. I verified this two more times asking him if they could verify that they would only charge me $200 for all the work done. They said yes. Then they charged my credit card $174 and $200 for a total of $374! Later I learned form my credit card company that they do this kind of scam behavior. They will ask you to sign for the original agreed-upon price, then charge you twice after you agree on an additional job. So instead of charging you the upgraded price amount they charge you the original agreed upon price and then again the upgraded price amount and that's how the scam works. Stay away!!!!

I really do not believe that they even used detergent. Then the technician cleaned his machine in my yard and left a huge mess for me to clean. I had company coming so I cleaned my carpets with my home machine and they ended up looking amazing. Tried to speak with Sears about a refund, they advised that they would not refund any money. I even sent pics of their work to them and they agreed it was terrible! They are unbelievable! DO NOT USE!!!!

Marsha CP rated it 1/5: We had this Sears Company replace our ducting and a year later the vents disconnected under the house. This was not the fault of an animal under the house. Had the company come back out, had to pay an inspection fee and they fixed it with zip ties and tape which they did not clean up afterwards and left backing of the tape everywhere; Very unprofessional. The following year, it happened again! Had other professionals come in and they all said the same that the ducts were too short and wrapped them around incorrectly. On top of that they used the old air tranfers/junctions that separates the ducts which should have been replaced given the 6000.00 we spent. I am now having to pay to get them completely replaced again. I would not trust this company.
Maria Mc rated it 1/5: The tech only went in maybe 1 foot they made a terrible mess took me 3hrs to cleanup the lead was pushing for extra work to be done and they charged me full price and not the advertised price. When I declined the sanitation service he had me sign the the service is not guaranteed. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Avoid them at all cost
