On the day I had my tiles done, I also made an appointment to have the tiles at my dad done on the same day. The technician who came to his house was also very prompt and did a very thorough job cleaning his tile floor. The grout was 99% restored to its original color. Very happy l got this done for my dad. The floor looks nice and clean.

The stone floors look really good and things were done on time and technician was very nice. Although it cost much it is worth it to maintain ones home. Stanley steamer did a fantastic job and I definitely would recommend them. Note, when getting a estimate read the details, in writing it read standard floor clean, but not the sealant or polish so it cost more, but worth it.

When I got home (my office is 10 minutes away) they had already started the job and said due to the heavy soiling, it would cost $1,800! Wait, WHAT? I told them to stop right where they were (they had gotten their equipment out of the van) and they said it would cost $500 to not clean anything. I went ahead and bit the bullet, but a month later spots have shown up that were never visible before. Perfect circles in my bedroom (12 to 13 of them). I am calling tomorrow to see what they say, but after spending all that $$$, my wife wants to replace the carpeting. I will see what they say when I call Tomorrow!
