Only gripe was technician was oblivious to damage his hoses were doing to wood stairs and wall trim. After several complaints he finally put protective rubber guards on corners. Maybe should have started with those? We wrapped hoses in beach towels to protect our stairs from the “sawing” motion of the hose moving around.

Today the team of 3 only cleaned 2b2b (they don't have a staff of 2 anymore). Many times they were doing some light dusting when other places had a lot of dirt to clean up. Had to ask them to redo cleaning after seeing hair and dust in almost all areas (kitchen, living room and bedroom). They used to accept zelle but now only accept credit cards, cash, check. The credit card data is not read by a card or chip reader but by manually entering the details which was uncomfortable to share.

M. Bazzi rated it 1/5: Just bought a house. Prior to move in, the kitchen and family room were undergoing renovation, and so those two rooms were closed off to the rest of the house. I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.
Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

So I had been bailed on by another company literally the day of my move. I was absolutely freaking out. I had to be out with the carpets cleaned by the end of the day. I called a couple of companies who quoted me ridiculous prices because they knew I was in a bind. Called Jon, he was so nice and squeezed me in at a fair price. Super nice guy! He was efficient but also did an absolutely incredible job. Our beige carpet was black from the amount of foot traffic it had seen. Jon made it look like new. He was also so pleasant and communicative to work with explained drying times to me and the different methods of cleaning so we could plan to have our cleaners come. Can’t thank John enough. Thanks to him getting the carpets cleaned was the easiest part of my move!

Jenny Sant'Anna rated it 5/5: Great, friendly service. Realistic about what they cld do about pet stains. But actually the results are so good I almost cried.
I also asked if they had a source for new rug pads. They sell them and cut me new pads to the exact size I needed.

For reference I had two Tibetan rugs cleaned. One with old dog pee stains that looks almost back to new. One yellow one with a huge puppy blowout from both ends. The yellow rug looks new. Not cheap but worth it!

With family coming soon, they rush cleaned my carpet and gave it back to me within 3 days. The owner seemed very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and did everything in his power to get that rug done on time. I cannot thank Deluxe Dye Works more!
Susan Hare rated it 5/5: Delux Dyeworks is a treasure. We've used them for over 20 years to clean our area rugs, both wool and synthetic. Recently ALL of our area rugs were effect by a water leak. Not only did Delux do an excellent job of cleaning and drying the rugs, they stored them until we were able to nove back home.
Kathleen Nesbitt rated it 1/5: They ruined my antique Chinese rug. Before I got a chance to see the damage, I had them pack it for moving as I was leaving the state of CA. When I rolled the rug out at my destination in Chicago, I found that the rug had been all stretched out and did not fit the area it was measured for before it was cleaned. It was at least four inches larger. Now, it's losing all of its fibers. When I walk across the rug my shoes end up with red fibers all over them (it's a beautiful red rug, or at least, it was). When I put my feet up on the ottoman I have in my living room, red fibers from the rug get all over it. This was an original, 1920s Chinese rug that I can't tell you how much I paid for. It should have lasted me my lifetime and someone else's as well. Now, I worry it won't last another two years, and I'll never be able to replace it. That's the worst part of it. I won't go into their communication issues. Just be wary if you've got a real, antique, wool Chinese rug.

He takes the time to listen to what you need as well as asks all the right questions to make sure you get the most out of his services. Appreciated him being very thorough and thoughtful about the process. This is probably the best carpet cleaner I have every used as it comes to quality, professionalism and responsiveness. He did a great job on our very light colored area rug and he will be the first person I call when its time to clean again. Definitely recommend.

Amazed at the results. Removed all kind of stains with different kind of chemicals. Also offered a discount for rescheduling the appointment, though I didn't take it. His job was that good.

Carpet looks like new. Now I can confidently have guests over. Should have done this a long time back.
