Marilena Grittani rated it 5/5: I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!
I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!
I picked the time after my scheduled vet visit. Farshad called earlier than the time she scheduled, and I agreed to the earlier time. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work.
When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic.
The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!!
If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. Call F&F and let them handle it… It will be a relief, as it was for me.

(For once) Dave called me to let me know that he was running a little late due to previous appointment. I let him know that I appreciated the heads up and looked forward to him coming to shampoo the carpets. The technician (Ignacio Ramirez) called when he was on his way (and was a little early, which was a bonus). Sir Carpet had a special going on, so they honored that and Ignacio quoted me a very reasonable price for cleaning the tile and grout too. Ignacio was very organized and thorough in cleaning all the floors!! I don't think the tile had ever been professionally cleaned and we had several heavy duty discoloration from high traffic on the carpets. I'm amazed at the difference in my tile and grout. All carpets turned out bright and beautiful also. I will definitely use Sir Carpet in the future.

Technician forgot to do a room, and would not come back the same day. Not great overall and they issued a refund for the carpet not cleaned.
