The only thing I didn't like was when I chose radio for my referral, Spirit 105.3 was not a choice and that is where I heard about Zerorez for at least two years (maybe more didn't pay attention before).
Schedule verification was quick and helpful making sure all services needed was offered.
Once my cleaning tech Alex, showed up, he made sure to go over every possible service that would best meet my carper and pocket needs.
Alex was pleasant and understanding of my financial strain and was able to give me the best quote and a birthday discount.
The areas I wanted cleaned look amazing, they weren't even this clean when I moved in (I'm a renter). Alex was efficient, very thorough and did it all in a timely manner.

He was in & out in a pretty quick amount of time and was easily able to add 2 more rooms to be cleaned over what he originally scheduled. He was very clear is what we could & could not do while waiting for our carpet to dry. He wore his show covers in the house every time. It was very easy to schedule online & I did not necessarily have to talk to anyone to get it all ready. We got clear instructions on what & how to prepare prior to their arrival as well. I had two couches cleaned – both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a different piece of furniture, and the smell is very mellow and not chemical in nature at all. Emir arrived right on time which was super important because of my schedule that day and finished quickly and also right when he estimated he would be done. Would definitely recommend and use again. Before I reached out to them I actually had another carpet cleaner company stop by to take a look at my condo, and they told me that they weren’t sure if they would be able to clean my carpets fully and they didn’t want to commit to it. But the guys at North Seattle Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job, everything came out perfectly, and they even cleaned my dirty couch cushions at the same time which was a huge plus.

After 2 phone messages and an email, still with no response after a couple weeks, I drove there. The rugs were ready and they acted like nothing was different. They carried my rugs out to the car, put them in the trunk, and when I checked 1 rug was missing. The lady said it must be rolled up with another rug. When I checked there were only 3 rugs. I had to be assertive to get a response. I got the 4th rug and swore I would never go back! The rugs were clean but it was too strange to return!

sharon denison rated it 5/5: We also had our persian rug (made in India) repaired. Our dog had chewed a hole in the wool but not through the backing. Burns did a fabulous job of repairing/reweaving. we are totally gobsmacked and grateful.

Larry came in and went above and beyond to help me with the carpets and my couch cleaning. He was super professional, helpful and efficient. Definitely will use again and recommend 100x over!
Paige Barber rated it 1/5: We had DA Burns come clean our sofas and this is the end result. There is severe streaking through out the sofas. The arms didn’t seem to be cleaned at all. My husband cleaned the arm in one area with dawn and water, got the dirt out. The technician claimed there wasn’t anything he could do about the dirt, which clearly isn’t true. Lazy work and expensive, better off just cleaning yourself.

They are professional and very thorough! They make a stressful dirty job easier, that's for sure! Next I will use them for HVAC cleaning. What don't they clean? I'm not sure!
