Appointment time frame was 9-12 and they showed up at 8am and I was still in bed so that was frustrating. $235 for 3 small rooms in which I had moved the furniture myself and they had none to move. One guy and he was done in 25 mins. Carpet didn't look any different then when they started. There was one stain they got out the rest including just normal walk way wear down didn't look any different. I went over it with my own steam cleaner in certain areas and my water was dark brown it was so dirty still. Very disappointed. Called and complained and they offered to come back out however I have already moved three rooms of furniture back and we have family with us the next 5 days so not sure how that would work– Should be done right the first time !!! Expensive and not worth a penny of what I paid.

Carpet looks and feels better than when I moved in!

Bob Lubell rated it 5/5: I worked recently with Brian on an exterior project. He was very professional and polite. He always wants to serve. As we got deeper into the project, he and I agreed that it was better fit for a different team; one who has more advanced skills. We decided to stop work and I’ll be looking for the correct talent to complete the repairs.
Brian was gracious and I’m happy that I tried MVP. Even though this project was not a fit, I hope to use other services like carpet cleaning and gutter cleaning. I takes a real professional to know their limitations and be honest.

I think MVP is a good choice and recommend them.

Between my carpets, my rug and my sofa everything was left perfectly like new and soft even my basement stairs that were a bit rough. Totally 100% doggie approved!

Two days later the crew came and cleaned with quickness and professionalism. Carpets and couches looked brand new and dried super fast! I would recommend this company to everyone!
