They were willing to answer all my questions, and even call back to the office. I truly appreciated the "tent" (except it kept me from watching the progress 😁 ) and the care they took coming in the house.
From the first time we just happened to stop in, the customer service has been the best. Richard answered all our questions and gave us information that we had not thought about. We tried another fireplace store, but the customer service was lacking just to look and ask about inserts. Once we found an insert that we liked with C & C, we went back to talk to Richard. He ended up coming out to give us a quote and his knowledge and information about our existing set up (house built in 1959) was interesting to hear. The whole office has been friendly in person, on the phone and through texting, and always kept us informed on the process.

They performed the job efficiently and seemed to work well together. The inspection was thorough and well-documented with photos, and I was later provided a written report via email. They ran a camera up the chimney and Kevin explained what he saw and what it meant. They went on the roof and inspected the exterior of the chimney. They left the work area clean, answered all my questions, and set out some options for some future work. This is my first time to use C & C and I was impressed by both the technicians, the scheduling office and the customer service follow-up.

We visited the store and Bill, the owner was most helpful. He knows his stoves and he listened to our needs for our old house. Russell, the installed visited our home, took measurements, and assured us that the Buck stove was the best fit. Both stoves were installed in one day and Russell took great care to protect our wood floors, cleaned up the area around the stoves and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the stoves. Both stoves, Model 21, work great, the built in blower keeps the rooms toasty warm. My wife and I are very grateful we found the Buck Stove Store, and thank you Bill and Russell for your information and friendship.

I had no idea what I needed or what all is offered in a stove. Bill helped me every step of the way. He was upfront and honest about current wait times on manufacturing and shipping, he asked what I was trying to do with the stove as far as use goes and pointed me in the right direction. He was happy to answer of my questions on different brands, models, etc. and never tried to push a higher priced item or change my mind, just gave me the facts. When they came to install, they made sure everything was how and where I wanted it and made sure everything was sealed and secure and even started a fire to ensure a proper draft. These are great people selling quality products. I could not be happier with my decision to go with them.

Using thermal imaging was able to tell if there were any more moisture issues and took his time to make some recommendations to improve the insulating value in the house. Overall highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

They were on time, answered any questions I had and were happy for me to follow them around and were patient as I took notes about small observations and potential vendors to locate parts or have work done. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Also took the time to review their findings at the end of the inspection to make sure I was satisfied and asked multiple times if there was anything else I wanted them to look at. I received the report same day which was very impressive and reassuring with the deadlines you have when under contract. Very professional folks and I highly recommend them.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and after reviewing the insurance estimate he found they had credited a lessor quality shingles. This revision amounted to several thousands of dollars in my favor. I would never have caught that mistake.

When he did come out to see it, his estimate was actually at the lower end of what he had predicted, instead of higher. He also didn't exhaust me with trying force a roof replacement when I wasn't interested in that, but was content to just take care of my small repair job for me. When it is time for a replacement, I'll definitely keep him in mind.

Mike and his wife sat down with us and walked us through the process and everything went as smooth as can be..I was happy that his company is insured and bonded. A lot of roofing contractors are just fly by night. We picked out our shingle color and he stripped the old roof off. repaired some wood damage put up new gutters and I only found ONE screw on the ground.. all together a professional and friendly company. We had one little leak around our wood stove chimney, and they came right out, went into the attic, found the culprit and re-flashed the chimney. Don't hesitate if you need a new roof. They can handle it

We had used Perfection Roofing for putting a new roof on our old residence in years past. Our current home needed a new roof due to age and storm damage. My wife and I did not hesitate to call Perfection Roofing based on our past experience. We are again completely satisfied customers. We had no surprises, work was completed timely and professionally done. We experienced again timely and thorough clean-up after roof installation was completed. We were contacted timely after work was completed to make sure we were satisfied customers with our Owens Corning Impact Resistant Storm Singles roof. Based upon our experiences with Perfection Roofing, if we ever need a new roof, we would not hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing again.

From taking the huge stress off of me dealing with my insurance company, to walking us through all of our options and materials, they were super professional and knowledgeable in guiding me through the entire project.
Their crew was also extremely respectful of my property and courteous. All tasks were completed to perfection (hence the name), at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. My family and I were beyond pleased and thankful for the expert workmanship and their attention to every single detail.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, and they will be my first call in the future should I ever need any roofing work on my house. If you are looking for a professional, ethical, detail-oriented contractor, I would HIGHLY recommend Perfection Roofing.
