It was a large job, including cleaning, parging our chimney, repairing the liner in our exhaust, installing chimney caps, and repairing the top of our chimney. The job took all day due to the extent of the work needed, but these three guys worked hard to get it done right and fully complete all the work that needed to be done. Brett and Bobby ensured the exhaust and liner were installed to our satisfaction, and communicated well during the install. Andrew did the work on the inside of our chimney and left our home spotless after he was done, and respected my home as if it was his own. I appreciated him answering all my questions and the care he took in making sure that we were fully satisfied with our chimney- Andrew also sent us tons of pictures of the work that was done for our records. They were all honest about what we needed to have done and were transparent with pricing. Highly recommend these guys for any chimney inspections and repairs!

Their guy Daniel came over, cleaned and inspected it, and found that my chimney's exterior was rusted through and needed maintenance right away. He got me the best deal he could offer, and when my custom-made covers were ready, was quick and careful in installing them, and was always professional and cheerful to deal with. And the company itself worked with me and my work schedule, willing to install it without my presence and arrange a convenient time to render final payment so that they could get it in place ahead of the wet and chilly weather that headed our way. I am very glad for their help in getting my chimney ready for Christmas, and an extra thank you to Daniel for his job well done!

He said he got the pictures he needed and it would be a few days. Three weeks later I called and left a message with all of my information and that I never got an estimate. No one called me back. A week and a half after that I called again and talked to someone. She said she would have it resolved for me in a few hours. I still got nothing and no phone call back about it either. I need to get this fixed and these are the people recommended to me or I wouldn't have wasted so much time on them. If they didn't want the job I wish they would have just told me. If that's not the case I don't understand what the problem is.

Matt and Jon came out and spent a good half day installing a new cap and crown and repointing the mortar on the shoulder. About a month later during a week of constant rain we had a few more drips making it in. The guys came out again and spent a good portion of the day investigating and performing a thorough water test. They made adjustments needed by eating the cost and installing a chimney cap/damper combo. These guys seem to be ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and customer satisfied. Aside from that, these guys are fun to be around and a pleasure to have in your home. Would highly recommend!

Called Matt and his team and they were able to come take a look Relatively quickly. They replaced the chimney cap as well as did an inspection which found more damage that they were able to fix for a reasonable price. Everyone that I worked with from this company exceeded my expectation in professionalism and courtesy! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Matt texted our real estate agent promising to take $200 off the price of a chimney repair because he failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. We wanted the work done prior to closing on our new home, and his no-show caused significant problems with the closing process. After the work was completed (after closing), he told our agent that he’d refund the $200 as soon as he received the original check, which had been held in escrow. We trusted him to do this and his promise to do so was documented via text to our agent, but not in written contract. We didn’t think he would risk damaging his reputation and credibility over $200, but my agent and I were fools to trust him. Three months later, Matt hasn’t refunded our money or returned our texts or phone calls. He took the money and ran. Overall, Premier has been dishonest, unprofessional, and working with them was been a significant hassle during the home buying process.

I was assured that the grout would match ("you won't even be able to see a difference when I'm done"), and that the horrible leak I had would be gone ("it doesn't get any better than this, your problems should be over.") after replacing my cap and installing a new chimney-top damper. The grout job looks terrible and the thing leaks like there isn't even a damper there. We'll see how he stands by his work, although I've already tried to call him once without getting a return call.

He stood by his work. Mechanical failure of a new part turned into a warranty repair. He never even mentioned charging me and did a good job following up via phone to ensure the repair was completed correctly. It took a few trips out for him, but the job was done correctly and the problems resolved. Very friendly and thorough. Good prices. If I have one complaint it would be that he didn't do a good job cleaning up after himself. Chunks and pieces of grout had to be picked up afterwards, and the cleaner he used left a big dead spot on my grass. That's my only complaint. Otherwise great service and quality job at a good price.

Timely response when we initially called on Wednesday afternoon. Came that same day (he was close by on another job) and gave the estimate. Work was completed by 1 PM Friday. Pricing was very reasonable for the guaranteed/quality of products he uses. Pictures shown to us of all the repairs needing done. We had a complete understanding of what he was seeing and what repairs were being made and how. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Communication – Not once did I have an issue contacting the company when I had questions or concerns regarding the job. The one time the phone was not answered I received a call within the next 10 minutes.

Cleanliness – After the job was complete all they cleaned everything up so I could have lit a fire as soon as they left.

Quality – The work not only looks superior but the material is top of the line quality. Got to see all products that were used in the process and had to test the functionality of the system before the work was considered closed. Not only was the price affordable, but not ONCE did Eli compare his services and quality to anyone else. Outstanding job.

Affordability – I did a price comparison for several companies and this one was the top choice for the work.

Training – I know there are many small companies that dont have the ability to properly train their workers but Eli was able to properly supervise and assist the gentleman that he is training. Looks like he already knew what he was doing but he was still able to provide more insight as they completed the job.

I called him because my gas water heater vents through a chimney and the plumber won’t do work until the chimney is “certified.” Ryan answered my call right away, listened to my issue, quoted me a price and scheduled me same day. He called back a few minutes later and could be at my house even sooner than expected. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional, explained what he’d be doing, and got to work. I had called another company before calling Ace and was told, without an inspection at all, that it would cost me $1,400 – $2,100 dollars. Ryan was able to inspect and clean my chimney, quickly and diligently, at a MUCH LOWER price, which allowed me to get our plumber back out to the property in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Ace Chimney and Ryan a million times over!

We texted back and forth on several occasions and he needed to reschedule which was fine -things happen.
The last straw was when he reached out to me and said he would be by the house btwn 12:30 and 1 o’clock. No one came, no one called or texted. At 2 o’clock, I called, got voice mail, left message. Then texted and asked if someone was coming – no response.
I followed up with another text the next day stating my frustration and that not communicating with your customer after you committed to an appointment was unprofessional and I gave him one more opportunity to make it right.
No call back, no text, no apology.
Totally unprofessional….very disappointing.
From all the other reviews, it appears I’m the exception- hope you don’t get the same disappointing level of customer service.
