    I had met Allen 3 years ago when I asked for a quote to clean the carpets (very large living space) and he was very honest and told me that he didnt want to waste my money, as the carpet needed to be replaced. I found him to be professional, friendly, down to earth, and overall had a great sense of humor. He left a great impression that this is a company you can trust.

    Fast forward to last week… I remembered him and contacted them for cleaning the carpet in a bedroom. I booked online, got a call to go over the details and confirm, and was scheduled within a reasonable time. The person who helped us was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. After having a frustrating experience and leaving my disappointed review I received a call from Peter @ Warren & Sons asking how they could make things better. He came out from their office that same day and did a walk through of the house with me and agreed that the technician could have done a much better job.

    He later came out himself and re-did the entire carpet cleaning. I haven't looked at it myself yet, but my mother-in-law is at home and called to let me know that it looks 100% better so I am really pleased with the resolution! She let me know that he did an amazing job. Peter apologized that it took him having to come out to make this right and assured me that if we needed their services in the future, this would not be a problem.

    Every company can have a customer situation go south, but not every company will take the steps to make it right, and Warren & Sons came through and delivered what they promised. I have deleted my previous review because my first experience with them was wonderful and this experience turned out well in the long run too.

    I really appreciate them making the effort to come out and make things right. I think that's really valuable in a company!! Thank you Peter for coming out and taking care of our home. I really appreciate it and will continue to use you guys in the future!

  • Paige M rated it 1/5: I had this company clean my house after I had my tenant move out and remodeled the kitchen and bath before it went on the market. I was unable to be there and didn’t see the house again until after it had several viewings. There was still some debris from remodeling and the laundry room and entryway needed to be scrubbed out badly. The carpet had already been shampooed and 3/4 bedrooms were already cleaned. When I finally saw my house again after the cleaning, I saw that the toilet and shower still had drywall dust and vinyl debris stuck to them showing that they hadn’t been touched. The kitchen counters still had sawdust etc. The cabinets and drawers still had debris in all of them and stuck on food in one drawer. Closed cabinets in the laundry room still had debris from shoe storage. I could go on. They had multiple people there about 5 hours based on doorbell cam. They took smoke breaks and had chats right outside my door multiple times. They charged me $575 after quoting me $70 an hour and not telling me that was the apparent minimum. I paid it with the assurance that the house was very clean and ready to go. A few weeks later I saw all that had been missed and called and asked for either a partial refund or for someone to come and finish those tasks that had been completely missed. Christina argued with me and sat there and complained about how awful the laundry room, entryway, and walls were and how long it took to clean. She said she personally witnessed someone clean all the things that hadn’t been done. My biggest complaint aside from the poor service and high cost is that she wasn’t honest and didn’t at least tell me they didn’t finish what I trusted them to take care of. I expected my house to be fully clean and presentable to buyers. I went with this company for the good reviews and expected better. I’m not the type of person who tries to BS people and get refunds. I was blatantly ripped off and lied to by this company. I would avoid commercially clean. I will be going back to doing my own clean outs because I know I can get the job done right. I regret not putting aside time to do it!

I asked Scott to do what he could to restore it to the rich red I remember as a kid….and wow wow wow I am over the moon with the results. The rug is conditioned, rich and bright, so squeaky clean I could put it on my bed. Not a fiber is out of place, and indeed many are back where they should be. I’m so grateful. Even though they warned us that the repair takes longer do to insurance approvals and estimates, they still updated us and were able to get it back together in time to sell! Great crew, great communication, and wonderful service!

They were friendly and came out almost right away to do the evaluation and started the clean up the next day. They left the room completely prepped for the repair work. The crew also set up drying fans and de-humidifiers on a Friday, came to check them on Saturday, then removed them on Sunday when the room was dry so we wouldn't have to listen to the fans for longer than necessary. Very friendly, very knowledgeable guys to work with!

They moved heavy bedroom furniture very slowly & carefully so as not to cause damage to furniture or walls/trim. John, one of the two that came out, kept in contact with me often to let me know progress. Alex was also courteous & polite as well as a contentious worker. Great job guys!
    Now we just to put it all back together!!

I, through our condo Homeowners Association, have been exposed to Bibbs Services through its owner and employees on a weekly basis for the past four years. Just earlier this month we employed Bibbs Services for an additional service — cleaning the carpets in all the common areas of our buildings. There were some heavy-duty spots in quite a few places, and I was unsure of any kind of success at their removal being within the grasp of any carpet cleaners. I am sure the ones I have used in the past would not have been successful. Anyway, the carpets came out great, looking almost new, and we are exceedingly pleased and grateful with the carpet cleaning of Bibbs. As one additional note, not wanting to neglect the bulk of the services provided to us by Bibbs, I have been over-the-top pleased with the Janitorial services Bibbs has provided over the years. The owner is easy to talk to, personable, responsive, and always professional. THANKS, Bibbs Services, for consistently doing what you do best!

This should be a carpet cleaners nightmare, but Marcus always gets the job done beautifully at a very fair price. His customer service is top notch! I will recommend Bibbs every day of the week.

Our home is already clean, but I was looking for the convenience and that "extra sparkle." We had to call them back to finish things that weren't completed and even after that… I am currently cleaning the windows that were included in the job and never touched.

Nice group of people but I could have save my $300+.

Update:
The job requested for your FOUR employees to complete was mainly the kitchen (cabinets, walls, countertops), 3 regular sized windows (bd, dining, kitchen), 2 relatively small bathrooms, and the floor to be mopped.

Your manager is the one who walked through and quoted it as a 2 hour job because our home was so clean! She asked if we wanted the walls in our bedroom to be wiped down which would require more time. It was at that time I told her it was not necessary and that all of the trim had already been wiped down, just the floors and window in the next bedroom needed to be done. I left shortly after. My husband remained and said one of your employees asked what needed to be done and was directed specifically to the dining room window which I ended up having to actually clean when I returned that evening and left my initial review.

We paid and tipped your crew under the pretense that all items requested had been completed thoroughly. It wasn't until an hour after your crews departure that the person who referred you had to call your crew back because the walls around the range had not been cleaned. I came home later that evening to look over the job since I was told you all had to come back to find that the windows were not even touched hence again my initial review.

Trust me when I say you arent the only one shocked! The fact that you would respond as though you did me a favor! GOH! Be happy I didnt have before and after photos! Your crew was over 30mins late, had 2 people per section, returned and I still had to clean thereafter. Your manager quoted 2 hours and if she needed more time than she should have informed us!

All future customers: It is obvious this company requires direct supervision. Be sure to cover yourself and take before/after photos. Customer service is not customer service anymore! So as stated before, they are a friendly bunch of young adults…double check the work completed before payment.

As were already out of state and selling our home (as a fixer upper as is) we made an appointment for 3 man hours which we were told would be 3 people working for 1 hour. Okay great we thought. After arranging for our friend to be there and providing payment the owner wants to re schedule less then one hour before our scheduled appointment. She either wanted to come another day or right that moment. As our friend was already at the house and we wanted the work done we opted for now. She showed up with 4 people for 45 minutes and informed me that our house would be more like a 400$ plus for a full clean. We informed her that we wanted them to do whatever they could in the 3 man hours we planned for. We bought the home in rough shape and moved out of state very quick but I did want to have some cleaning done for the new owners. She was very short and not happy with that answer. Continued on about how the dog drool on the back door would take hours to get off. Yes we had a saint who had cancer and was just put down the day before we moved. Again I was annoyed because I did not feel the need to explain all this so I didn’t and just repeated that we wanted her to do what she was hired and agreed to do. Later she then decided to call our realtor and tell her that we did not pay her for a full move out clean. We paid her for the 3 man hours as agreed even though she changed the time, people set to work, was rude, and then crossed boundaries. I would never recommend them for anything. We just threw away money today.

I found out my appointment was cancelled only because Groupon alerted me that she voided my coupon. Not even the courtesy of letting me know, I had to call and confirm since she had set a date and time. She was rude when I asked and I get yelled at. I would not recommend.
