I was refused a phone call to discuss the situation and felt blamed for many things in our house. Several things were my fault and I recognize that but accusation from the company on why the work was not completed is very disappointing and is not helpful. We were also scheduled 2 maids and while I understand things happen, it would have been nice to be informed of the situation along with the plan for a second maid to arrive. I feel over all this this company while has good intention is very hostile towards you if you don't give a perfect review. All in all I will be completing the work myself.

I'm a harsh critic, too, and we have tried 5-6 others in the past and I ended up just cleaning myself because I was so unhappy with the results. While I was SO appreciative of her dedication, I ended up having to leave to run errands because she was here so late… I feel like I can't even complain about that because she did such a thorough job, but I would ideally love for them to finish up before 5pm in the future if possible so I can have more flexibility to leave and cook dinner for my family. It also didn't seem as though she had packed a lunch, so I tried to find food for her. While I didn't mind, I just wasn't sure what the expectation was there. I do wish with the monthly maintenance cleans you could pick and choose what you want. For example, I would love to have them wipe down the kitchen cabinets instead of changing sheets. We have signed up for monthly cleans and look forward to continuing to work with this company in the future!

I called my insurance agency, and told them I wanted someone they worked with. They sent me to Restoration. I called them and with in a day or two they were on my roof looking at the problem and agreed, this roof was bad, really bad.
I waited a week and called the company who said they had given it to the Project Manager, Conner V. He told me that the insurance agency had not approved it yet, but he would get with me when they did. I turned around called the insurance agency who approved it. I got a call from Conner the next day. He asked to come out that next Tuesday, then I had a medical issue that delayed this. He worked with me, and he came out the next week. He brought out the contractor so that I would recognize him, and two weeks later they were on my roof. Because I had no leaks, which was because I had two sets of shingles on my roof.
The contractor's men came out, and were super nice, super respectful to my wife and a four hour job took 12, because of all the work they had to do. My roof had had no work done to it in the 20 + years I have had this house. These guys were extra careful to not leave any nails, ran a magnet several times over my lawn, and stayed way past what I expected, cleaned everything, trash, shingles, even the other little waste that comes off the shingles, it looked great. My house actually looks happier, weird I know.
Conner V came back two days later for me to sign the final document after I paid the 2nd half of the total for the work.
Restoration was great, timely, nonintrusive, helpful and caring. Thank you for all your work and professionalism. Each of you deserve your own award for how easy this was, and I am extremely happy with the 3 year warranty on the work and 20 year warranty on the shingles themselves. I contracted Beezz to do a final clean on a big church project in McKinney TX.
J D met with me on cleaning the parking lot and also cleaning the church portion of the project prior to the church dedication Sunday.
The power wash crew was a no show and the parking lot did not get cleaned.
The inside crew left a bigger mess than when they started. Totally unacceptable.
We ended up putting a crew of volunteers together and worked into the morning cleaning and buffing floors to be ready for the event.
Beezz apologized for dropping the ball but unfortunately the damage was done.
Very embarrassed the next day with the parking lot dirty and unfortunately we are remembered by the last thing we do or don't do.
Maybe this will help them fix there problems but can't recommend them now.

I was impressed with the owner’s honesty and integrity and the fact that he didn’t treat us like another job, but like family. His crew was always polite, punctual and professional. The project was completed in the time promised and our floors are beautiful! They even did little extra things that really made the floors pop. I was impressed by the attention to detail and will recommend them to family and friends. Raley’s also cleaned the existing carpets in our home. The technician was on-time, professional and hard working. The carpets were soft and clean when finished. Overall I rate a strong 5-stars!

It was chaotic to say the least. After a very unsupportive conversation with management the staff returned and completed the work using all my supplies. They were gracious and the were scheduled for 3 weeks later. Uninformed we’re we that due to our conversation they had cancelled us with no notification. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Very disappointing.
