My point of contact was Bobby, who I believe is the business owner. Bobby was super responsive, and even was able to coordinate a better cleaning date to accommodate our tight schedule for closing on our home. Cleaners did a fantastic job, and I wasn't required to be there for service. They use eco-friendly products, which is also a plus! Also pricing was super reasonable compared to other cleaning services out there! Definitely recommend, 5 out of 5 stars!

I can do a better job myself. First, Amanda Howe told me that a cleaning service for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo will take around 2-3 hours. They were out in less than 1.5 hours. Second, cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets is listed as an included service on their website. In addition, I specifically asked the lady to clean the kitchen cabinets. After they left, cabinets were as dirty as they were before the cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. Closets were not touched at all. Definitely not worth $200.
I was charged a relatively large amount of money for very unsatisfactory service.
I will not be using Atlanta Eco Cleaners again. They are very unprofessional.

Most of the cleaning services Atlanta had to offer did not work over night. Even though Clue Cleaning closed at 9pm they were willing to accommodate me by scheduling a 11:30pm appointment. The work that they did was outstanding. You don't find many businesses that still put the customers needs first but this is one of them.

The outside was pressure washed and the brick looks great. There were green stains on the side of the building that I didn't expect to come off, but they were able to remove all of it. As for the inside, they did an outstanding job as well. The carpet and hardwood floors look great. They did a really good job on the entire project.

I wanted to secure her services to clean my mother's house (she lives in Georgia) for April 11th. Shana told me that she could do it and that in order for her to secure the date I would need to pay the deposit of $200 and I had the option to pay the full amount, she quoted $350. She sent me an invoice at 8:31am PST and called me asking me to pay through the Cash App. I paid the full amount of $350 through the Cash App. Not even 12 hours later I notified Shana of SNA Cleaning, via email that my mother would not need her services as mother discussed with me she did not need a cleaner. I sent this email (due to the time difference) to Shana at 5:42pm on Monday, March 25, 2019. I also requested a refund through the Cash App. The next day I contacted Shana around 10am PST and she informed me that I was not going to get a refund and she had discussed with me previously (I do not recall that she discussed this with me) so I asked her to send me in writing what she stipulated. She also declined to send my refund via the Cash App.
