Two different cleaners came a month later to do another cleaning and they did a much better job. The two gals did a great job dusting, leaving things as I would expect, and working the entire time they were scheduled, which was much appreciated. I give 4-stars now for the customer service, I appreciate their quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, but dependability is key when you are paying for a service, especially when you may not be present to monitor the job being done, I see great value in being able to trust the job being done correctly every time. Thank you for coming out again and showing that you value customer satisfaction.
I had my house cleaned yesterday, paid for a one-time deep cleaning for 3.5 hours. I am glad I got home before they left, as I noticed many things that were not completed or not done right, I saw dust in several places still, after it had "been done." I liked that the website said they clean up pet areas and do the base boards, but mine were not done. The bathroom where my cat's litter box was looked like it was not done at all, the mat was not even vacuumed, the bathroom base boards weren't touched. They were ready to leave one hour in and my son's downstairs bedroom had not been dusted or vacuumed. After the first hour when I started pointing things out that were missed only one of them was working at any given time, so no, I did not get my 3.5 hours worth (that is 1 hour 45 mins with two gals). I appreciate the one gal in the purple shirt that was sweating and working hard to fix what was missed, the other gal was kind, but admitted she was new and I understand that, but I wish she would have at least shown some hustle like the other lady. I do not know what was done that first hour downstairs since my son's room was not done, but I did notice my son's toothpaste was cleaned up and I thought that was weird as a toothpaste tube is kind of personal thing, I would have rather had her spend the time cleaning the bathroom. I lifted the seat and neither of the lids had been wiped. The stairs were not vacuumed. The purple shirt lady did an amazing job on the kitchen sink, but then the back kitchen counter was not even wiped as there was dust and crumbs on it. It reached the point where they looked ready to leave (one outside with the car on and the other vacuuming my son's room) and I was frankly tired of pointing things out and so they left and I spent the next two hours cleaning what they did not or doing what they did again. Not worth the money if I have to take my time to walk through and point out obvious things, for that I could have cleaned it myself. I understand people are calling in and new, but I would rather have had two experienced cleaners come another day than just the one for the price. Sadly I will not be using them again.

I actually had to contact the supervisor to have the cleaners come back to do their job right. I was luckily at home and I was able to go and see what they “did”. Please don’t waste your money on them. You’ll be very disappointed.

I appreciated how she asked questions and clarified what I needed. Her attention to detail was great as well. You can tell she takes pride in doing a thorough job.

The secondary charge of $640 I just woke up to seeing is entirely unwarranted. 2 closets were intentionally skipped. The cleaners simply shut the doors I had left open and out of sight, out of mind. Now, I'm 1400 miles away.

She went way above and beyond by cleaning the mess, setting up trash cans and buckets to collect what she could, and moved some equipment that could have been damaged by the leak all before we could arrive and respond to the situation. Really went the extra mile! Very impressed!

The owners and managers were fantastic throughout the beginning of the pandemic, providing all the supplies and masks needed to keep as many clients functionally clean as were open at the time, following all CDC guidelines and then some. My spouse and I very much enjoyed working with this company at the many buildings we had the pleasure of cleaning for and we were sad to leave. The owners and managers really make their employees feel like family and try their best to work with employees to accommodate when they can. Melvin and I were all too happy to work with such an amazing company. Keep it up, y'all!

I was working for a company last year. And the floors were horrible. Still dirty even slippery like they used oil in their cleaning solution. I fell on the slippery floor and messed up my knee. Luckily I was given plenty of money for my pain.

Besides being competitive in price they are on call 24 hours a day. Most off all they hold on to their clients. Look at who they work with and you will see that they have little to no turnover. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

They have provided a large amount of staff at a moment's notice to follow through on several projects and taken some of our pickiest customers and made them happy. We highly recommend them for any of their services. We've also used them for pressure washing commercial projects since they contain their water from going into the drain systems.

They did a great job and we were pleased with the work and cost. Then, we signed them up to do a monthly cleaning and had them come out two more times. The work was terrible and the building was somehow messier than when we left it and it didn't appear they had done anything on their list to do. They gave us a small "discount" but that really means nothing considering I had to just clean everything over again and now I am looking for a new partner to work with.
