madelyn niedzwiecki rated it 1/5: did not clean my house!! barely wiped down the counters. in my opinion i think it was over priced! there were still crumbs on my kitchen floor. and when i told them about it they basically gave me to option to quit on them! 1/10 do not recommend! the one girl was super nice and kept to her self but the owner needs a CHECK!!

The management company recommended them to us and told us that they like dealing with this company because they guarantee the job they do and don't give them a hard time about coming back to correct any issues with the cleaning if there is any kind of problem. They are also a BBB accredited business which is reassuring. Our experience was excellent! The crew did an wonderful job for us and the cleaning passed our property managers inspection without a problem! It is obvious to us that these people know what they are doing and take the time to get it done right! They do all of my rental home cleanings as well as my own home every other week and they always do a great job. These people care about their customers and it shows in the customer service they provide. I felt it was time to update my review and let you know that your teams are still doing an excellent job every time they come to clean my own home and when they clean our rentals.
Previous Review from a year ago:I had a tenant move out of my rental home and they left it a mess. I had new tenants moving the next day and so I was in a real bind. I called this company to see if they could help me and to my surprise they were able to get me on that same day .. that was a real relief! The cleaning crew was very professional and got right to work! After about 4 hours they had the place in great shape and it was a real relief. The carpet cleaning company they recommended came in later that day and we were good to go for my new tenant. This company is now on my list of great contractors and I will use them again the next time I need cleaning.

It should have been an initiated thing by one of the crew to say hey, let’s do a walk through to make sure everything is what you requested per your guarantee. But that did not happen. They were there for MAYBE an hour and packed their things and walked out the front door and left. I should not have to clean after hired cleaners cleaned. Smh. My complaint is about the price compared to the quality of work that was done… TWICE. This home was left in worse condition in some areas after the first crew left. There is dried oven cleaner all over the ovens now that I had to clean off myself.
The first crew that came walked in and said that their vacuum might go out and that they have a second one that smells bad. The photos here were taken after the first crew cleaned for 2 1/2 hours. A second crew was sent to clean and fix it the next day. The racks in the oven were still not cleaned, had to ask them to clean the dirty vent in the master AFTER my husband showed them these areas on concern, and a closet still was not swept and dishwasher not wiped down. Ridiculous. I should not have to walk around and point out things to clean, this should be the crews job to know what routine things to wipe and clean in every home. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For 518 dollars this should have been a very thorough move out clean. I still had to clean after the second crew left the second day.

Lili OBrian rated it 4/5: Started out wonderful – replacing the floors, they found mold and flooring company made arrangements with EE cleaning to take care of it. Aaron came out, I had an estimate that afternoon and they were at my place 2 days later. The remediation required them to remove some drywall (this was expected) and I was told they would be back to finish the job the next day. it's been more than a week and multiple calls, multiple promises to deal with it but, as of today, nothing. It's like they are surprised I would want the drywall to be put back the way it was – I don't even want it painted, just put back on.
Update: After posting my review, I heard from Ryan, the CEO, and we discussed the communication issue. Apparently certified drywall install is separate from the service provided and they didn't have anyone who was available to come out and fix it for 30 – 45 days. I was able to find someone to come out over the weekend prior to the extreme weather we were expecting and I am happy to say neither the pipes nor my family froze.

I think Ryan and his team have a better understanding of the communication lapse, I have a better understanding of their services and we are both feeling comfortable with the result. I am raising the stars to 4 based on Ryan's efforts and follow through. They really want their customers to be happy and will go the extra mile to ensure it.

I had them come out to my apartment to do the initial inspection, once they sent me the quote to clean my one bedroom apartment, I scheduled my cleaning. I work in healthcare and don’t have much free time, but I do keep my place pretty clean, nothing a quick wipe down of things and some mopping couldn’t handle. I came home from work that night to look over their work and noticed multiple things that were missed. These things definitely shouldn’t have been missed, they were very noticeable and not difficult to reach or clean or anything, I think it was just some drops of yogurt on my end table. If they were doing a proper cleaning job, they would have easily seen it but I’m assuming they rushed the job because they had a pretty clean apartment to begin with. They also missed things that they said are part of their checklist like dusting the fans. I decided to give them a second chance, I scheduled my cleaning and was excited to come home to a clean apartment that night after work. Well, I got home and noticed nothing had been cleaned. Turns out they stopped by but left because I wasn’t home. This wasn’t an issue on the first clean so why would it be now? Apparently, they wrote in the wrong section on their work order paperwork that my door would be unlocked and the cleaner never bothered to check with his boss or me. I didn’t receive a call or text or anything asking if they could get into my apartment. I called the next day to find out what happened, the salesman told me about their mistake and said “sorry we messed up twice on your place”, I told him I’m going to have to go with another company and his response was “it is what it is”. No attention to detail, no integrity, and definitely no respect. I made this mistake but won’t make it again.

During the consultation, EJ took a look around my place and informed me that my home wasn't dirty enough to require a deep cleaning ! He could have easily pocketed that extra money, but he was honest enough to tell me I didn't need to spend the extra money. He gave me a great rate and even offered a military discount on top of it. I would highly recommend their services and I definitely plan to use their services again in the future! I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. EJ was able to get stains out that I thought wouldn't come out. He really did an amazing job!

Let me start by stating this company goes above and BEYOND to assist you! The company worked with us graciously to satisfy ALL our needs. The energy of the owner and his team was nothing short of amazing. The company was very professional and thorough. If you’re having ANY doubts at all, let us ease your mind by sharing we received a FULL security deposit. Not only did we receive a check via mail for our full deposit amount, we also received an email from the leasing office stating how the property was left in such good condition. Upright Cleaning is the way to go! Many thanks to EJ & his team & continue to be blessed!

If you are still on the fence on to rather use these guys and their services, just give them a call and let them take the stress of CIF turn in off of your chest and drink some cold ones in peace while they do the work!!!!

They were able to help identify what extra gear was my husband’s too and got it sorted into his stuff. We were both so pleased with the customer service and attention to detail – everything was cleaned, sorted, and packaged very neatly, which helps the first impression at the CIF counter too. Highly recommend!

Let's start with the staff, they are top notch, from unloading and upload your gear, offering refreshments, customer service is unparalleled. You literally don't need to do anything but bring what you got and they take of everything else: inventorying, separating, cleaning and packing plus if you missing anything they refer you to the best surplus store in town @Master Gunner, better yet if you bring the extra stuff before your pick up date they clean it for free. The fact that they are the only business in town that offer this service and yet they still go hard is just great. When you go to CIF they don't even check your stuff if they see that it's cleaned by them. Too Easy, make sure to leave a tip🤞🏼

Very organized and well planned business model. Probably the only people in the Springs who offer this, and it’s worth every dime. You can drop off all your gear, turn around and get it turned in, and have no problems. Highly recommend!
