I would not recommend this company. I scheduled with them to get a gutter cleaning for a date a few weeks from my call. During the call I mentioned that another company was cheaper but had a longer wait and charged for downspout clearing, their rep laughed and remarked that was such a scam thing to charge for and that he was glad they would be a week earlier. They were not.

A few days past my scheduled date I called in to inquire and was told a week out, a second missed date and I called again and this time they actually seemed to care and pushed me up to two days later. This wasn't the biggest issue but I would have appreciated if they reached out to let me know of delays.

The biggest issue was while they were late, cost more, and disparaged the other company they didn't even clear my down spouts. I just found this today and the gutters are clean so this is old deposit enough to fill a plant pot if I shake it out. (Pics included)

He thoroughly documented the damage through photos and knew how to work with my insurance company. He made this recovery process less stressful and I was pleased with the quality of his work. The company was very responsive to my questions and requests, and their maids were always punctual, polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I felt that this is a well-run business with quality employees.

Megan Johnson rated it 1/5: DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! This company started off with great cleaning services. Then over the last month, we have been very dissatisfied. Every service, I have a list of at least 10 items of things they completely did not do that is highlighted as things to be done every service in our contract. When those items are pointed out, we either get a very insincere apology or they say they will come back to fix it and either come back later in the week than what we were told or do not come back at all. The contract is very hard to get out of and now we feel like we are stuck paying for very poor quality of work. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

If their service date is Wednesday at 4pm..THEY SHOW UP EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 4PM!!! As the office manager, I need punctuality and reliability from all of my vendors and Jan-Pro sets a high bar!! I was so confident in Jan-Pro I renewed my contract for the next year and added my Dayton location for them to service as well. To my delight, the management and sales staff were VERY accommodating when it came to discussing my desired budget. When communicating via email or phone, they are ALWAYS prompt and thorough! I highly recommend the great people at Jan-Pro for your janitorial needs!!

I have to say been with Jan Pro almost a year and half now, started off slow but is now a complete success. I am almost up to 5 different accounts. Fees are a little high, but if you work hard and keep good communication it will pay off.

Hari Pandya rated it 1/5: this place is a fraud. requested to cancel service due to poor performance and their employees showing up high. sent us to collections requesting $3000. STAY AWAY. we work with a number of vendors as we are a dental office and never once have we had a similar issue. Don't bother calling them, no one answers and when they do they'll hang up on you.
