Bryce Smith rated it 1/5: I've used Reye's cleaning several times in the past but this will most definitely be the last time. Last Tuesday we paid for a deep clean on our whole house. I get home as the cleaners were leaving and wasn't aware that this company let's customers perform a Quality Check as my wife is always the one that handles this. She was out of town so it was on me. Upon arriving at home, I was asked to sign an Ipad stating that the work was done (not a Quality Check) so I signed off. Keep in mind that the floors are still wet so I wasn't able to inspect anything even if I knew it was a QC. About 15 minutes later the floors are dry so I start walking around the house inspecting everything only to see a mediocre job done. My wife calls Jackie and is transferred to Eddy. Eddy tells her that there is essentially nothing he can do about it since it was signed off. I step in a talk with Jackie and she tells me she will find a resolution for the sub par cleaning job and call me back. Monday rolls around and still no resolution. I call Eddy and he offers me a 15% discount on our next cleaning. Are you kidding me? You think we are going to use a company that performs shoddy work? Absolutely not. It would've been different if it was just a few minor things not cleaned but this was over the WHOLE HOUSE. I have about 50 pictures that were sent to Jackie and Eddy and neither seemed to care about the shoddy work. Posting this to educate others on what terrible work looks like and to call someone else if you want your house actually cleaned.

THEY'LL SEND A COUPLE OF HIGH SCHOOL KIDS THAT HAVE NO INTEREST IN CLEANING WHATSOEVER AND CHARGE YOU DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTED. THE BLINDS WERE LEFT WITH DUST, DIRT, AND DEBRIS THAT WE HAD TO GO BACK AND CLEAN. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOWER AND BATHTUBS AND LEFT DUST EVERYWHERE. WE BASICALLY HAD TO GO BACK OVER THE ENTIRE HOUSE WHICH IS FRUSTRATING GIVEN WHAT WE PAID. THE COORDINATOR WAS MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING THE WORKERS TO THE NEXT HOUSE VS. ACTUALLY HAVING THEM DEEP CLEAN OUR HOUSE. IT ENDED UP COSTING US $600 FOR THEM TO MOP, WIPE DOWN COUNTERTOPS, SWEEP, AND DO LIGHT DUSTING IN A 1,400 SF HOME.

What caught my attention was two bowls and their tops I've had for 20 years disappeared. I saw one young lady washing them and normally they would lay wash dishes on the counter. They are nowhere to be found. Also I have a block stove top. There was a smudge on it and one of the cleaners wiped it only making it worse. Then they left. They thought so little of me that they could not, would not take the time to clean it. I can't continue using them.

My house looks great and I have more time to do other things. One of the ladies said today, that them coming to help is like a self help activity for me. I like her thinking! But, I researched places and I love that they do exactly what is needed the owner Nicki is a joy to talk to. Cam, one of her employees came and got that tub cleaned and I will tell you it so needed it. Y’all, have made my day!!!! Excellent work!

And when I requested one additional area swept (which I had not originally asked for), they happily obliged and made quick work of it. I’m very pleased with the service provided. They do it right and are nice to work with.
