Jake Guidry rated it 3/5: This was the first time using Molly Maid and I had them do a deep cleaning at my property, which is vacant and completely empty. This is not a bashing review but simply a heads up. Their deep cleaning service does NOT include wiping down any fixtures and/or hardware. There was still dust on ceiling fans, light fixtures, bathroom hardware, and all of the blinds, and after questioning management, I was told that this is normal and not part of the service provided. I was told that they only feather dust all of the above and only what they can reach. I assume everything that didn’t get feather dusted off is not included in the deep clean. A deep clean is a deep clean. This was vacuuming, mopping, and feather dusting. Also, soap scum and very light specks of sheetrock mud remained on tubs, surrounds, and counters while dust still remained heavy on all blinds. For this, they did offer to send the team back out or discount my price. For that, I am appreciative. There was no clean smell that came afterwards either but I was told, after the fact, that I could have provided a product for them to use. Management and cleaners are very polite from what I gathered. Perhaps, it was miscommunication on my part in the beginning of what I needed, but it surely was not what I expected the end result to look like after expecting to walk into a deep-cleaned house. All in all, I do not believe I will be calling them back due to this not being the real deep cleaning I was looking for.

My husband hired this company and once I arrived home, I immediately saw things that should not have been missed during a cleaning service. I received a call from Rachelle concerning my complaints and she advised me that the crew could come back out on Wednesday which is a better day for them. I advised her that I would speak with my husband concerning the reschedule as he would be the one home at this time. After speaking with her, they then charged my husband $335 (the max amount quoted to him) for the service. I called to speak with Rachelle but was unable to, so I left a message with a gentleman to give me a call concerning the reschedule as well as the charge for the service. I did not receive a call back. Instead, my husband received a text message from Amy (Owner) stating that they will come back out and clean the missed spots. My husband replied letting her know that those "missed" areas were already cleaned after I saw them. We had an event at our home and of course we were not about to let these areas go undone. My husband asked her to give him a call as previously asked instead of going back and forth through text. One getting Amy on the line, she was not pleasant and was giving excuse after excuse about her staff being unaware of the services that should have provided. She also stated that her staff stayed in our home longer than they were suppose to which is why she charged us the maximum amount. "They were unaware, but now they know." were her words. She sent THREE workers (Jury, Morgan, and Jay) into our home to complete a job and they did not. Because they stayed in our home "over the allotted time" we were charged the max amount, but our home was not cleaned properly. The only solution for our problem was to have them come back out to clean the "missed" spots that I had already cleaned. POINTLESS! POINTLESS! POINTLESS! No accommodations of any sort was provided, just excuses for her inexperienced cleaning crew. I would not recommend this company due to the job being incomplete (with 3 people cleaning), unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, and most of all lack of interest for the concerns of an incomplete service.

MAIDPRO keep our house clean so that everyone stays healthy. They are very professional. They're always in my home and out of my home within the time window they give us. They clean in my home the full time. We have cameras inside the house as well as cameras outside of the house doorbell, cameras etc. And they are genuinely cleaning the entire time that they are at my home.
Every Pro who has been assigned to clean my home has done excellent work but Hailey always cleans my house the best. I request Hailey to be my Pro for each clean. She goes above and beyond the required 21-point checklist. All of Pros have left very personable notes for us detailing what work they completed in my home. Typically, the letter will entail very customized cleaning. Sometimes they even set up toys hidden in fun places for the kids to find while they were tiding up! It's really fun for the kids to find the toys set up. Or the Pro will set up their stuffed toys in the crib very nicely and the baby loves to find the toys so sweetly arranged in the bed later that night. They are very kind and considerate and will go above requirements based on what they observe around in your home. What they think your particular home may need more attention-example your baseboards or countertops. If you are considering a house cleaning service, MAIDPRO is very reasonable for the value of their work. All of the Pros have incredible work ethic. I have never issues, everyone that I have dealt with has had fantastic integrity at BR MAIDPRO. It is very easy to get someone on the phone if you ever have an issue or a concern a question. Getting the initial quote is very quick and easy. Your first clean is longer and more detailed as the first clean is a deeper more detailed clean. After that first, it is maintenance cleaning. I have had a wonderful experience so far over the past few months with my MAIDPRO service. It is worth the time I save and get to spend with my family instead of cleaning.

I never leave reviews one way or another, but this was unbelievable.

My floors were smeared with something sticky and they were nit clean. Did not sweep entire areas before trying to mop. Did not clean the shower just washed it out. Did not clean the counter tops. I called the manager and asked if she could tell me what they did and I dtill have not heard a word from anyone. Sad thing is i used them before and they did a decent job so i recommended them to a family member…needless to say I showed her why I now recommend she not use them. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

The maid was sent twice and they still failed to get through the list of issues I sent to them (with pictures of trouble areas). Their original solution was a 5% discount. Now we've gotten to 25% but that is still not acceptable for how poor of a job they did. Terrible quality and very poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere
Master bedside table not dusted, master shower not cleaned, master bathroom still had trash on the floor, master bedroom carpet not vacuumed, dining room untouched, kitchen stove not cleaned, walls near stove not cleaned, gust bathroom very poorly cleaned (large soap scum patches untouched), office entirely skipped on cleaning (not vacuumed or dusted), window seals not cleaned, and some smaller issues.

If anything has ever happened with my clean (ie floors were streaked, tub wasn’t cleaned fully) I can call the maids and they will take care of it immediately. I feel that my business is valued and they take care of my cleaning needs. Love team #1 with Tracey always smiling and taking care of business!!

Cameron Mckenzie rated it 1/5: The maids did a fairly good job, the house is “clean”, but there were a few spots on the floor with something spilled that wasn’t cleaned as if no one mopped the room and a few light fixtures weren’t even touched much less cleaned. Most importantly though was the estimate for $350, the maids come in and clean then give me a receipt for $684. My house was nothing special, just basic cleaning and lots of dusting. To almost double the estimate is absurd, especially when I could then go back and find several spots not cleaned. Do not plan to use again.

As I have utilized this company twice in two months, I figured I could provide an overall ACCURATE ACCOUNT of my experience and help others who are searching for a reliable, professional cleaning company in Baton Rouge. DO NOT WASTE your time and money with this company. I initially used Joyful the first week of July. I was told that two cleaners would be out to clean. Only one cleaner showed up and the job suffered IMMENSELY. I promptly emailed Joy explaining that only one cleaner came and the OVERALL JOB WAS SUBPAR. I sympathized with the one person having to clean a house. Joy graciously apologized and offered to send a second team out to do the job, at our convenience. So, today was the day for redemption but it was an EXERCISE IN FUTILITY! This time, three people came to do the job. My husband, who was at home during both occasions, let them know today (while I was on speaker phone) that they didn't even have to clean 2 rooms in the house. That should have definitely made the job easier, with three people tackling one bedroom, two bathrooms, a dining room, living room and kitchen- NOPE! They arrived around 1:30 and left 15 mins or before 2:30, telling my husband they had to get to another job. They didn't even finish the job at our house (pictures below)! There was dog hair in the corners, the floors were barely swept, sink fixtures still dirty, and shower not cleaned. They poured cleaning solution into the toilet so it "smelled" clean but it is evident in the picture that the toilet was not completely cleaned in or around the sides and base. I am sorely disappointed in having to clean up AFTER a "professional cleaning company". I will DEFINITELY LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY in BR to handle our cleaning needs, as you should also.

Two cleaners, came over, borrowed my trash bags for cleaning, did not have the proper tools to clean (I believe they just had windex and a few rags), and left the house dirty. I was charged $250. Told the owner that nothing was cleaned, she agreed to have my place recleaned, and when the cleaners came they asked, "what are we supposed to clean," and again, left the place dirty. They did sweep the floors and clean the oven that time but stated, "we can't touch anything you own," which is kind of necessary to clean. Would not recommend

It's a pretty good feeling when you can have someone clean your home in detail and you don't have to worry about the security of your possessions as you're away at work. Lastly, it's very refreshing to come home and know that every room has been thoroughly cleaned therefore, you have time for your hobbies versus cleaning the house. I will continue to use this service as it's made my life a lot easier.

The company is also very honest: a picture frame accidentally got broken by our cleaner and she left a note letting us know, and I got a call from the company asking what they could do to make it right. Anytime there have been scheduling issues on their end or if I need to reschedule, Guarantee Maids has been more than accommodating. Very happy that they do such a good job at a very reasonable price.
