Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Overall I’ll use them again!

I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!
I picked the time after my scheduled vet visit. Farshad called earlier than the time she scheduled, and I agreed to the earlier time. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work.
When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic.
The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!!
If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. Call F&F and let them handle it… It will be a relief, as it was for me.

Immediately, after meeting with Bernice I realized that Pinnacle Peak does not compete with the low end priced competitors. What they do compete with is the highest quality services available.

I have been disappointed with three other post construction cleaning groups in this past year and I have to say Pinnacle Peak was everything they said they would be. Both myself and my contractor friend, who referred her to me, strongly recommend this company for any type of cleaning service you may need.

It is so worth paying a little bit more money to get the best service the first time than to continuously chase the companies that do substandard work in order to try to get your moneys worth.

The owner was also supposed to come to the first cleaning to make sure things went well, but she never showed up after they kept saying she would be there soon. We asked them for a regular house cleaning but they instead did a deeper cleaning without asking us for approval and sent us a bill for 3x what we were expecting.
They also advertise that they use high-end cleaning products, but at our house they were just using regular cheap cleaning supplies. One of the workers (who was on her phone most of the time) left early causing the whole crew to leave early, and after they left we noticed some prescription medication we had out on the counter in our bathroom was missing.

**Update based on owner’s response:
No, one of your girls definitely left early, she said she wasn’t feeling well. You might have known that if you showed up to the cleaning like you promised.

We already had a post-remodel cleaning done, your son took pictures of one door in our house that had dust on it, and you think that entitles you to triple the charge to us without authorization? The crux here is that YOU NEVER ASKED, you rescheduled on us twice, and lied and said you’d be at the cleaning.

If you want to work in high-end homes, get a real company van and a professional crew that are wearing clean clothes.

Dousing yourself in gasoline and lighting a match after getting a client complaint and being rude is NOT how you get more clients in 10K foot homes. I can’t wait to tell everyone in North Scottsdale to avoid you. Maybe you clean well but you’re a terrible businessperson.

Very rude about trying to get paid my check. Insist on paying me days late. This company shouldn't exist. Also. They train you to skip certain things that they think they can get away with . They insist on not changing trash bags but just to dump it and reuse it . I've owned a business and this is absolutely not the way things should be. No care for customer or employees. Try them out and see for yourself if you wish.

JMH CARPET CARE rated it 1/5: Very unprofessional the training staff don’t know what they are doing, they cleaning demonstrations and practices is horrible. They are not truthful this is not a good place to work, they just want body's because the turnover rate is ridiculous they don't care about Quality only quantity. It's funny companies like this get the bids and get away with being mediocre, while honest Quality companies don't get the bids. If you are a honest hard working person and have any bit of Integrity and looking for a company that values its vision and mission statement this is not the company.
Michael Scott rated it 1/5: This has got to be the worst run Janitorial Company in Arizona. I was a supervisor for this company for one night! Just one night!! That's all I needed to know. I worked in one of there plastic surgeon accounts that night! What I saw take place that night still gives me the shivers. Cross contamination up the yang yang. Granted the client is one of the top plastic surgeons in Scottsdale if not Arizona. If you are looking for a cleaning company, you better do some good research!!! If I could give them no stars I would. Btw it took me three months to get paid for that night. The owner "lady" is yucky too!

THEY WILL BLOCK UR # AFTER U PUT IN UR TWO WEEKS SO YOU CAN'T GET AHOLD OF THEM FOR IT, THE LOCATION THEY HAVE POSTED IS FRAUDULENT…THE GUY PERSONALLY TOLD ME THEY HAVEN'T BEEN AT THAT PLACE IN 6 YEARS AND THAT THEY DO THAT ALOT NOT PAY PEOPLE! Rebbeckah Taylor rated it 1/5: Most disrespectful, rude, nasty, unprofessional woman ever, the one in the blue cross over with the dealership writing on the back should be fired, almost starting a fight with a newly widowed woman and a woman with an injured arm, decided to not call me back for this complaint so here I am, you want to curse at someone, be rude, smoke on the job, curse and be the least understanding person in a situation then fine I don't feel the need to be understanding. I can't believe how disgusting the group of women that showed up were, didn't even let me finish what I needed to do, also threw away 50$ bra and swim trunks thay belonged to a friend of mines kid, don't bother with these people. I wouldn't even hire them to clean the blood out of my grout in my house WHERE MY HUSBAND JUST COMMITED SUICIDE, but couldn't even give me time to discuss the situation, just was hostile and disgusting. That women or little girl I should say in the blue cross over that's just another Karen in this world should be fired, I'll keep making complaints until someone chooses to own up to this very disrespectful and disgusting mistake. Or until she is fired.
