I had two couches cleaned – both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a different piece of furniture, and the smell is very mellow and not chemical in nature at all. Emir arrived right on time which was super important because of my schedule that day and finished quickly and also right when he estimated he would be done. Would definitely recommend and use again. I was finding myself avoiding my couch, and now I am looking forward to spending lots of time on it this winter!

They were here just over 3 hours and everything from the floors to the walls and baseboards was clean. I’m not sure my house has been this clean. Jose and his team were so polite and courteous. The price shocked me a bit but with the last minute and how many people came it’s quite alright. I couldn’t be more please with Jose and his team at Sea Clean. I do hope to be able to arrange consistent cleaning with them as they were superb.

When i hired him today 2nd time, he instead send 2 of his workers, who confirmed with me that it will take 2 hours. Jose then tells me that this time he will not charge me $140 and instead it has to be $220 (This is for a 500 sq ft condo with hardwood except for a small rug) . I understand prices change but he should have told me the new price before the cleaning started and not after I left the building. I agreed to pay his new price but no cleaning was performed.

When I called sharing the pictures with him, he wanted me to pay $100 extra and wanted to charge me to come back just to clean the couch and a small rug. He also wanted more for individual appliance cleaning, all this while being rude and threating to take me to collections with a recurring $50 month fee that his collections agency would come after me for.

K. Koleto rated it 1/5: I needed cleaning for two small bathrooms and a modest kitchen, and they quoted me that it would take 8.5 hours. This is without doing oven or fridge, even though they called it a “deep clean.” We had only been living here a couple months, and been keeping up on cleaning ourselves, in addition to hiring other professionals. (We’d been trying out a couple other services.)
They ended up charging us the full 8.5 hour cost for these three and a half normal-to-small sized rooms. (I say half because they also did floors in the open plan LR/DR.) There is absolutely no reason they should have taken that long. I complained about it, but the company basically just said, “You agreed to it!” I had not realized that I was agreeing to a 8.5 hour minimum; I was under the impression they’d adjust the price once they saw my home was not “condition 4” as they assumed and once they saw the actual needs. Instead the cleaners announced when they arrived that they were promised an 8.5 hour job and that they were going to stretch it out and make it take that long. I have no idea how she spent four hours cleaning that kitchen, or two hours in the bathroom. I can scrub that bathroom top to bottom myself in 45 minutes. This is one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve had in Seattle. Never again.

We opted to leave while they cleaned for everyone's covid safety so they let us know it should take 3 hours; while we were on our way back they called to let us know they were finishing up. They look almost new! I was so impressed with how thorough this business was and there scheduling and billing process was a breeze. I highly recommend!

They even offered to come the next day. The owner Brandon was very friendly and professional. The work he did was fantastic. I was sure the carpets were near their end, but after cleaning they looked like new. I even had a small tiled area in the kitchen that he brought to life and the grout looks amazing.

Brandon explained the entire process to me and was very upfront. After he was finished my carpet looked so much better & my house smelled great. I have since never doubted who to call for regular carpet cleaning. Brandon is friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. I would highly recommend.

From our experiences with the operation team to the owner Josh we highly recommend you do not use the service. Only use Stratus if you want excuses and to clean the building yourself.
