The only plus is they were able to schedule the appointment very quickly, we sold our home and wanted the carpet cleaned before the new owners started moving in 2 days later.

I feel over all this this company while has good intention is very hostile towards you if you don't give a perfect review. All in all I will be completing the work myself.

It's nice to know the products being used are clean/safe and she spent 8.5 hours here making sure she didn't miss anything. I'm a harsh critic, too, and we have tried 5-6 others in the past and I ended up just cleaning myself because I was so unhappy with the results. While I was SO appreciative of her dedication, I ended up having to leave to run errands because she was here so late… I feel like I can't even complain about that because she did such a thorough job, but I would ideally love for them to finish up before 5pm in the future if possible so I can have more flexibility to leave and cook dinner for my family. It also didn't seem as though she had packed a lunch, so I tried to find food for her. While I didn't mind, I just wasn't sure what the expectation was there. I do wish with the monthly maintenance cleans you could pick and choose what you want. For example, I would love to have them wipe down the kitchen cabinets instead of changing sheets. We have signed up for monthly cleans and look forward to continuing to work with this company in the future!

I called my insurance agency, and told them I wanted someone they worked with. They sent me to Restoration. I called them and with in a day or two they were on my roof looking at the problem and agreed, this roof was bad, really bad.
I waited a week and called the company who said they had given it to the Project Manager, Conner V. He told me that the insurance agency had not approved it yet, but he would get with me when they did. I turned around called the insurance agency who approved it. I got a call from Conner the next day. He asked to come out that next Tuesday, then I had a medical issue that delayed this. He worked with me, and he came out the next week. He brought out the contractor so that I would recognize him, and two weeks later they were on my roof. Because I had no leaks, which was because I had two sets of shingles on my roof.
The contractor's men came out, and were super nice, super respectful to my wife and a four hour job took 12, because of all the work they had to do. My roof had had no work done to it in the 20 + years I have had this house. These guys were extra careful to not leave any nails, ran a magnet several times over my lawn, and stayed way past what I expected, cleaned everything, trash, shingles, even the other little waste that comes off the shingles, it looked great. My house actually looks happier, weird I know.
Conner V came back two days later for me to sign the final document after I paid the 2nd half of the total for the work.
Restoration was great, timely, nonintrusive, helpful and caring. Thank you for all your work and professionalism. Each of you deserve your own award for how easy this was, and I am extremely happy with the 3 year warranty on the work and 20 year warranty on the shingles themselves. I thought for sure that the carpets would be better off set on fire and thrown away! A friend recommended ChemDry, and I'm so happy I gave them a call! Susan was a blessing to work with, and the next time I walked into the house the carpets were spotless and even dry! They completely exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

The technicians were very friendly and professional. Susan was so helpful and pleasant to work with on the phone. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk ( a two man job) I am not sure how he managed it but that was so not expected and I had told him just to do what he could to clean around it. The other thing that is a big deal to me is they did not waste my time. I knew when they were coming, the called way ahead if they were running behind and always showed up when they told me they would. This Company was above 5 star service. We need to support small business, especially when they provide this type of outstanding service. Thanks Young's Chem-Dry . You will be my go to cleaning Co for life.

I contracted Beezz to do a final clean on a big church project in McKinney TX.
J D met with me on cleaning the parking lot and also cleaning the church portion of the project prior to the church dedication Sunday.
The power wash crew was a no show and the parking lot did not get cleaned.
The inside crew left a bigger mess than when they started. Totally unacceptable.
We ended up putting a crew of volunteers together and worked into the morning cleaning and buffing floors to be ready for the event.
Beezz apologized for dropping the ball but unfortunately the damage was done.
Very embarrassed the next day with the parking lot dirty and unfortunately we are remembered by the last thing we do or don't do.
Maybe this will help them fix there problems but can't recommend them now.

I got a half job done. My masters bed carpet still with stain I talked to him about he said that he did he's best. He only used smells good with water to clean my house. He charged me the price with the product. But he only used water. I will not use him again. And Don't recommend. If I could give 0 🌟 this is what you would get. You wasn't cleaning correctly at the first place, if I was complaining is because you wasn't doing good job. You have attitude. And lairs about you changing that much because you have to used the product. And you didn't used until I started to see that you was only used water. You're a lair and over price foe poor service. After you come back to do it right with the chemical that pee comes up. Be honest with people. Don't matter if it is white or black. We all need to have the same honesty. Be humble and honest. Good luck with your poor job. And bad attitude.
