Firstly, I will say that the cleaning staff that I encountered were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, it's clear that these individuals aren't trained to be professional cleaners – they're just hired to clean.

When I first spoke with an associate here, I was notified that before I could schedule routine cleanings, their policy is that my first cleaning had to be a "deep clean". I didn't mind because I'd just moved into a new building; I actually wanted the place scrubbed down so I agreed to the $210/hr. rate to have it done.

I was told that the cleaners would get down on their hands and knees to ensure that my place was spotless for a baseline for future cleans – this did not happen.

A team of 4 came in and finished in about an hour. For reference, they cleaned 7 rooms (including 2 small bathrooms) – most of which were unfurnished. The general cleaning was good – vacuuming the carpeted areas and cleaning baseboards – but I did not receive a DEEP clean.

All of my hardwood floors (including the bathroom) were cleaned with just a Swiffer. The bathtubs and sinks were cleaned, but not the toilets. Again, not the deep clean that I was sold on.

When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they offered to send a team back out to clean the areas that were missed. I specified 2 areas that really needed attention and didn't make a fuss about the smaller oversights.

A second team came out and still failed to get the job done. When I asked about using a strong cleaner for the bathroom floor, I was told that they'd forgotten their strongest cleaner, but they offered up some recommendations for cleaners I could buy myself. (That was bizarre to me, but management saw that as an appropriate gesture.)

When I complained again that mark had been missed, I asked for a price adjustment to match that of a regular clean vs. a deep clean. This would've been about a $75-$90 refund. I didn't want to undermine the work that the ladies DID do, but I shouldn't have to pay for services I didn't receive. After defending the service that was provided, I was offered a mere $25 refund on a $250 payment.

Had my place been left spotless, it would've been worth the $250. However, I was left to hire additional cleaners to come in after The Maids came in twice to correct what should've been done right the first time.

Attached are photos of some of the dirt that was lifted by the cleaners that came in behind this company. A true scrub of the floors lifted visible amounts of dirt that were left behind and basic Clorox Wipes removed dirt and dust from the walls and doors.

You can see that the back of the toilets were untouched – after 2 visits for a "deep clean".

Don't waste your money here. The services are overpriced and I'm sure that the ladies who actually do the cleaning are underpaid. There are better, more professional options available.

I recently purchased a building and in doing upgrades, did not have the budget to re-do the floors in the breakroom. The floors had been neglected for some time (years), and were not only dirty, but dull and stained. They just looked really old. I don't know how they did it, but the team at COIT was able to make these floors look new again. I could not believe how beautiful and shiny they turned out. It completely changed the look and the feel of the space, so much so that we've decided to keep the floors as is, and not re-do them in the near future. I would absolutely use COIT again, and highly recommend them.

In the past, attention to detail and cleaning has been the best. They came out this past week, and it was a different person than we normally have. They (he had a sales rep with him) were nice, but he was supposed to call on his way here, and did not, he just showed up. Normally may not be an issue, but I work at home, and needed to make sure I was available. Well, I wasn't, and he just plops down on the couch to wait for me, not even asking my husband if ok to sit. The attention to detail wasn't as normally is. When he was spraying, didn't care where it went. Sprayed more on my end tables in the living room and the blinds I think than the couch. He cleaned the carpet fine, however if something was in way, or something we forgot to move, he cleaned around it rather than pick it up, i.e. waste basket as 1 example. This is only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5. I know for future cleanings what to watch out for. I will call them again, as we have always had great results. They also did our air ducts this past summer, and did a great job.

Would have been much cheaper and less hassle. Coit left vent covers off, screws un-tightened, some vents weren't even touched. They didn't even attempt to go in through the central unit to clean it properly. Incredibly expensive waste of time, and they damaged my hardwood floors just to complete the experience. Despite COIT'S claim below, they failed to follow up after I responded to them months ago – they FAILED to do so, after I was PROMISED a follow up. Locally they acknowledged their service was sub par, but their area manager clearly didn't want to know about it.

Iris Flores rated it 1/5: I am a victim of identity theft & someone is working with my info through this company. I have contacted HR Oriana Nava to get the issue resolved. I've only been able to speak to her ONCE. Other than that they always get my name & number because she's busy but I never get a call back. I've left her messages as well and still no call back or update to anything m when I spoke to hr all they asked for was my name and number as if the person using my social was also going to be using my phone number. I have dealt with this many times with different companies and never had this issue.
