The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive. He did a quick walk through, asked about spots etc. and then went to work. He was dressed appropriately, neat and clean, super nice and very thorough. Alex did his work in a very timely manner and was in and out within the hour. The company truck was in great shape, also clean and that tells a lot about the company you just hired. My carpets look amazing and they were dry within a few hours unlike the last company that left my carpets so wet it took two entire days to finally dry. I think I have finally found a company that will be taking care of my cleaning needs from now on.

And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!

Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. I highly recommend them and will use again.

We had some extra stains this time around and I did my best with the Bissell little green machine and the cleaners but the stains did not go away… As soon as the puppy was potty trained I told my husband I needed him to take a morning off so the carpet can be cleaned. The team did a great job as usual and even left us with shoe covers to help keep things clean while the carpet dries completely. If you had to do a lot of carpet cleaning because of a puppy, I definitely recommend hiring Advanced Cleaning Systems as soon as you have your puppy potty-trained!

James arrived early, wearing protection throughout the entire appointment. I found him most professional, courteous, careful to keep everything orderly in the space he was working.
He performed a super cleaning to my sectional sofa.
I highly recommend M & R Carpet Cleaning.

Yolanda and James were excellent to work with from the estimate, booking the appointment to the completion of work.
James arrived early, in protective equipment to keep me and my house safe.
James completed the upholstery cleaning beautifully.
James's work is excellent.

They clean weekly for us, and I have never had a problem, they do a fantastic job!
If I need additional work done, Ricky finds a way by either doing it himself or directing me to someone just as qualified.
