I’m so impressed – we were originally only interested in a 1-time clean, but I think we’ll have this service come more regularly because they did a great job. They paid great attention to detail and even turned the towels and paper towels into decor (image provided). The one thing I wish they would have done is clean our ceiling fans and vents, but they’re quite high up, so I understand if they couldn’t reach.

While they arrived on time and were quite friendly, the cleaning was not thorough. They didn't bother dusting or cleaning the walls and many spots were missed. We only asked for a couple rooms to be cleaned, and some parts look great but others not well cleaned. Will be looking for a new cleaning service next time.

The cleaners themselves are always very friendly and respond to specific requests. They are the most consistent of the local services we've tried, I'm always able to get someone on the phone, and when we had the monthly service they'd always call with a reminder. In all of the years we have only had a couple occasions where they ran late or had an issue – for the most part we are always able to get an appointment when we needed it, even within as little as one day. From what I understand they are under new management and seem to really be making efforts to continue to improve the company. I recommend!

I would get cancelled on the day of cleaning. Unprofessional timing and responsiveness happened quite often and for too long, that’s my fault. Multiple times the cleaners would come 2-4 hours later than the original time. Last time they cleaned, they did not dust, vacuum, wipe down anything. She left within 45 MINUTES for a 1500 sq. feet apartment. There is No way you can get that size apartment done efficiently in that time. I called to ask them to come back and clean so i can give them full payment. I was rudely questioned of my knowledge of cleanliness and immediately said i was wrong. I took photos of all of the issues with the cleaning and was quickly met with extreme disrespect. As soon as I told her that, she said she didn’t care about my business or myself and hung up the phone. Never doing business again with them!

When booking was told I would get a call at 9 am to ensure I was home to let them in. No one called. At 10 am no one showed up. I’ve been calling their number since 9:30 am and even left a voicemail. No response. After reading the reviews apparently this is common. I want my deposit back since they can’t even answer the phone to explain their delay; unacceptable business practice. This company is not a real cleaning company. 100% do not recommend calling/scheduling them.

BOOKING: I called and got a quote for $180 for a deep cleaning of a TINY apartment, informed the caller that I have three pets. They asked me to send a $90 deposit in cash. They said they would send 2 people and it should take 1 to 2 hours. I sent the deposit Immediately and only got a confirmation after reaching out out to them multiple times.Something did not feel right.

TIMELINESS: I was quoted a 2 hour time frame for arrival. We precleaned the apartment, all the dishes were done and nothing was out or on the counters.

EXPERIENCE: The apartment had been swept and mopped by us two weeks ago, but it certainly needs deeper attention. The cleaner arrived on time but she had NONE of the standard cleaning materials with her no broom, no vaccuum. She had one bucket and spray cleaner.

PRICING / BAIT AND SWITCH / COMPLIANT – After standing in my kitchen for a few minutes, she asked me if i ordered a basic or deep cleaning. She told me that they quoted me the wrong price for deep cleaning. A deep cleaning would cost $270 or more. I was annoyed, and expressed that i felt like i experienced a bait and switch. I agreed to pay $180 for a basic cleaning even though it wasn't what i agreed on at the time of booking.

THEIR RESOLUTION: Instead of actually cleaning at the new agreed upon rate, she sat on the phone with someone for 20 minutes they decided not to clean. They offered to refund my money and said that I would get the same price quote from another service in town.

MY TAKEWAY: I don't like to post rants online and believe in paying a fair price for work. I don't like hurting small business owners. This company is very poorly organized or simply a SCAM. I saw that they have a lot of positive reviews and a few negative reviews but i wanted to give them a chance any way. I am very disappointed that we will not have deep cleaning or even a basic cleaning done before memorial day. i also took photos of my apartment so you can see the condition it was in when they showed up. (it wasn't bad).

Cagla Oflazer rated it 1/5: Do not schedule cleaning with them unless you want to be stood up! Incredibly unprofessional. I would give negative stars if I could. Communication is little to none and even after confirming scheduling and they didn’t show up! We scheduled cleaning with Vicky’s team for early morning on today (Sunday) on Mother’s Day. It was the availability the guy gave us and we picked it out of the available days/times. We texted a couple times to discuss details and once he confirmed, I made sure to follow up leading up to the day, given that it was Mother’s Day and we were planning the day around the scheduled cleaning. We have a baby at home and we arranged babysitting with the grandparents during the cleaning. We planned our entire morning carrying all his toys and baby things to the grandparents’ place. I had let Vicky’s team know that we were planning our Mother’s Day plans around the scheduled cleaning just so they would have the common courtesy of letting us know if they couldn’t make it or were running late. 30-40 mins after the scheduled time, no one had showed up yet so I called to see where they were and he just rejected the call and texted me “Please text me”. So I explained that we were expecting them at 9.30am and asked them when they’d be here, and then I never heard back. It is incredibly rude and disrespectful to be scheduling a service and confirming date and time, and then completely standing us up and ignoring us, when we let them know we were planning my first Mother’s Day around it. They could have at least had the decency to say they couldn’t make it or if they preferred the day off and just not offer that day in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional attitude, no respect for someone’s time and acting like he is doing us a favor, when this is a service that we would have PAID for. Do not waste your time or money with these people

Jenica Miller rated it 1/5: Technician was over 6 hours late. Once he arrived, we explained the need to clean the carpet and chair in my son’s room due to vomit. He cleaned in less than 40 minutes and packed up everything before having us check the work. He didn’t even clean the chair in entirety. See photo. He then gave us the price of $150 to clean the chair. My bad for not asking but the customer service rep said $150 for the carpet and $40 for the chair when I booked. When I called them to ask what is the guarantee of work, she said none but would have a manager call me. Never did. Fast forward, the chair smells so strong of cleaner but it’s not clean. For it to be clean, that’s an extra $100 apparently. Total rip off.
