My dog got sick and had an accident yesterday and they were able to fit me in the next day. Dillon, the tech assigned, text me the next day and was earlier than scheduled which was GREAT! He loves dogs and has a dog of his own and my dogs loved him. He got right to work and cleaned my carpets in less than an hour. They looked almost new when he was done and the whole house smelled fresh! He also gave me some extra cleaner for the next time my dogs have an accident or for any spills. I am over the moon pleased with how great my carpets look! I also love the technology Zerorez uses to clean carpets.     He is courteous and professional in every sense of what customer service used to be. (It is a dying art, unfortunately.)
    We had a pretty tall order for him and he excelled in every aspect. Our carpets look great. Our sofa has new life. Thank you, Shawn.

I took before and after pictures and there is no change. I was told that the area where there was wear needed to dry in order to look clean. It has now dried and the rug looks like it did prior to being cleaned.

Pieces of wood, showing in the in the downstairs vent. It may have been something in the vent. He had to have seen i it to restore the vent. But wasn’t showing previously. Now I have to climb on a ladder and try to get it out I’m 59 years old and the last thing I need to do is get on a ladder. The young man smoked and left his cigarette butts in my driveway. We found rusty nails, which was extremely dangerous to us and our dogs. Pieces of insulation, tact’s and some piece of equipment.
Again the guys were nice, just not very professional. Maybe some coaching to improve the results of the duct cleaning and cleanup. I do not want them to return as we have already cleaned most of it. Respectfully,

Price was very reasonable and they were able to schedule the job for less than a week later. Sent a text reminder about the appointment and another text when they were on their way. Not even a few minutes after booking the appointment, they called to confirm and as specifics and explained that due to the cold weather in order for their equipment to work they would have to wait for it to be warm so they asked if a different time would be great. They not only called but they sent a text and an email. Before their arrival, they sent a text and email stating they were on the way and even called saying they will be at our home in 20 minutes. They showed up and took a look at what we wanted done. Extremely nice guys and they did such a great job and was really fast getting it done. The guy used his coat to block the front door to keep as much of the cold air from coming into the home. The prices are cheap and they truly do make the carpets look brand new. They worked tirelessly until Midnight to removed all the carpets and paddings, as well as set up ventilation for the walls to be dried out.

Because of flooding and property damage throughout the region these crews have been stretched thin. Despite obvious fatigue they worked until the job was done. Tabitha and Andre especially were very respectful of my space and property. Tabitha treated my property and personal items as if they were her own. Unfortunately I had a similar mishap with a burst pipe in another part of the country many years ago. Servpro did the work then and were good. However I have never worked with anyone as kind, considerate, and empathetic as Tabitha. Her concern was extremely reassuring during this very stressful time.
    She also served as a reliable “go to” person because even the bosses had to do cleanup duty to meet the high demand for their services.

Brian was fast to come and assess the situation for us and give us his knowledgeable advice and tips in order to save our carpet rather than having to replace it. He used his machines to suck out any excess water that he could and then after fan drying the floor for a couple of days, he returned to clean and deodorize them. He worked with us with our schedules and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair prices for quality work! Our carpets look newer now than they did before the basement flood!

There were several things going oat my home which probably made it a much more difficult job for them but they didn't complain. They took care to make sure that they didn't damage anything and did their best to meet my expectations. Having the owner on site is truly a benefit when using this company because he cares about the job. I am happy with the work that was done and how everything was handled. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Unpaid wages, falsified documents etc. I've contacted the employer about the payroll being incorrect and it would always be put off. Mike Gill has lied about giving certain hours and then after those hours were worked, he conveniently forgets about his verbal agreement.
    Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for employment.
