They explained the process and treated them all (big job). They answered all my questions, so patient and kind. They are Hands Down the BEST and will make sure you are completely satisfied. I had quite a few old pet stains in all of the carpeted bedrooms. My rooms now smell fantastic and the carpets look brand new. They even hit the welcome mat by the front door on their way out! Would recommend Refresh to everyon.

Venus Envy rated it 4/5: They set an emergency appointment for me, to be completed the day after I called. They showed up 5 minutes early, which is unheard of! I was impressed by that alone.
I have no doubt they did their best to remove all stains and smell. Unfortunately, there was still a faint smell after the carpet dried. And my upholstery still showed some color spots. I even pretreated with vinegar and Krud Kutter. I don't know what chemicals they used that I paid extra for. But I was still happy that it was almost perfect.
