Local Guide rated it 1/5: Two guys came in to clean the carpet. Did not put in any effort pretreating any stained areas. One guy kept spraying and the other guy kept vaccuming. They were done within an hour or about an hour. spoke to their manager ended up paying 50 percent of what was quoted (205 dollars for 1 hour or less work) I need that kind of job that pays 205 dollars for an hour. Did not do a final walk through because i was talking with their manager. When they left I took a walk to find out all sort of reidues and bunch of hair laying around. Took some pictures called the manager back to address the issue. The manager named MIKE was like I already charged you and gave you 50 percent off I cannot do anything and you dont need to send me these pictures. I told him alright I will post it on google and you can take a look then. Very bad experience save your money and just buy products from home depot or something and do it your self. It will be way better and you will save yourself the stress of dealing with non courteous people. I usually take off the review if the management adresses the issue. Dont like hurting any body's business but if you hurt your customers then I cant help but to post stuff like this. Negative 5 stars

We’ve done lots of construction in our home and I also pet sit so there’s tons of construction dust and pet hair/dander along with pet messes in the vents from past owners who’ve had the house. They came in, explained everything to me and got to work. Pet odors seem to be gone and the vents are so much cleaner. You can just tell by the air! The guys were very respectful of our furniture/items surrounding the vents and they were very respectful of my pets. The price is unbeatable! We will be hiring them again for any cleaning needs!

We measured out the rooms and Dylan provided an estimate on the spot that was later confirmed by written estimate listing all the services to be performed. There was no need to get more estimates
I think everyone in Wichita is aware that in aviation, training is required by the FAA, for every job done to the aircraft. City Steam Clean employees are trained through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Dylan knows his business and he is super helpful in providing information and tips; on what to do and when and how to do it to get the most wear out of your carpet.
Dylan and Bryce worked diligently two days cleaning our Sanctuary, Pew Upholstery, classrooms, Multipurpose gym, and the connecting hall. The cleaning crew is always timely, always professional, and proactively alerts us when we begin to run low on supplies. The office staff is equally professional as well as courteous. We have been nothing but pleased with the entire team.
Glitch Ks rated it 5/5: My 2 sons and I recently moved out of our bachelor pad and into a new home with my new wife and we needed help cleaning the old place to get it ready to put on the market. My wife would roll her eyes and snort about understatement to say it was in need of a good cleaning.
I contacted Wichita Maid Service for a move out cleaning. Once onsite they mentioned it would need more than the standard 4 hours to clean then contacted me at noon saying they would need 4 more quoting me a new price and asking if I was okay with that before proceeding. Knowing that most Frat houses are cleaner I accepted.

I went by after work to follow up and was frankly surprised at how clean everything is. They exceeded my expectations. I have now scheduled a walk through with a Realitor to discuss repairs needed and hope to have it on the market soon!

Initially I hired WMS to deep clean my house, and then went on a month-to-month plan where they clean my large, 100 year old, 2-story home. Each time they leave it shining, spotless, and smelling so fresh! They use cleaning supplies that are delicate on natural stone and wood, and make sure to be careful with our vintage rugs and furniture. The attention to detail is really what I love about this company, and how much they actually care about the homes they're cleaning. Highly recommend!
