I was hesitant, as I didn't want my floors below to be damaged. I was ready to throw my area rug out because it had years of stain build up on it. The technician was not only willing to fit the area rug in as well, he actually made it look like new! I was completely in shock that he got so much out of it. I had forgotten how bright it was when I bought it until he was done! Side note, it's awfully satisfying watching the grime come up with each sweep!

He was so nice to stop what he was doing and come inside and take a look. He perused my area I needed cleaning and gave me a really good price. I was so happy with the way he treated me so I quickly called the company and made an appointment.

However, I had only two basic sofas (fairly small and not stained) and an area rug cleaned today and the charge was close to $500. I hesitantly agreed to this because I have guests coming soon, but I won’t use them again as the cost is outrageous in proportion to the value of the service.

They came at the end of the 11-4 timeframe and I showed them the HUGE stain. They made no promises to get the stain out but they said they would do their best. The kinda sprayed and then the "special" cleaner – the bottle wouldn't spray so the tech poured it around and then scrubbed in it randomly with his foot. The techs were nice but I can't say they went above and beyond to do the job. Long story short – please see the pics. The first one was the morning following the cleaning once it was dry – it looks like it was never cleaned. The second pic is after I cleaned scrubbed it with a hack (hydrogen peroxide and dish detergent). WOW what a difference I should go into business. My hack took about 95% of the stain out – while the professionals took 0%. I was told by the manager I would get a $30 refund of the $150 I paid and they would not recommend I clean with those materials again – LOL but it worked and I guess it would put them out of business. I won't use THIS Stanley Steemer again (Production Road) personally or in my Real Estate Business.

However, everything that I would have gotten up with a vacuum is still there which tells me it wasn’t touched. It was a move out cleaning therefore not making a huge deal about it, but totally not impressed if I was staying here and this was for a regular cleaning for me. I would like to upload pictures of the stairs to show that I am not lying but to say this was a professional cleaning is UNSAT. Looks like a lazy vacuum day.

My nerves manifested from the booking process being so easy and efficient that it didn't seem real. Could it really be this easy? Then they came on time first thing on a Monday morning and I was skeptical they were here on the day and time as promised. (Seriously, what has happened to my expectations as a customer when I need help at my house?) I was not as welcoming as I should have been, waiting for the other shoe to drop and suspected something, somewhere in the process would go wrong and became worried it would be in the carpet cleaning but no, I should have been better and generally more optimistic. They did an excellent and thorough job! I'll be having them back when I need other services. Also, very knowledgeable about referrals.

Shawnette Robinson rated it 1/5: I used this company for dryer vent cleaning and hose replacement on August 15, 2022. My kids kept complaining ever since we had the services the dryer takes up to 8 1 hour cycles to dry 1 load of clothes. On 10/09/ 2022, we smelled a burning smell like electrical burning. I called a dryer application repair services and he diagnosed that the vent was severely clogged…dryer was perfectly fine. He pulled the hose from the dryer and a lot of water came out. He said it was moisture from the dryer not able to blow air properly due to the dryer vent being completely clogged. I immediately call this company up and to explain what my issue was and the man that answered the phone was not willing to help at all. Stated that the tech Max no longer worked for him and went back to his country. Said no refund no money back and it’s possible the vent got reclogged. The dryer appliance guy heard the conversation and immediately was shaking his head no! He said whoever did it probably didn’t know what he was doing. I knew something was wrong when he only stayed 15 minutes to so call clean it from the start the day of service. Now, I have to hire another company to come fix the problem! He did not give me his name nor did he greet the phone call with his name. When I called back to get his name he hit the button on his phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….whoever is answering the phone is unprofessional and unsympathetic and did not even attempt to resolve the issue. I was experiencing. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charge of $200 for no services done/bad services rendered and not even willing to resolve issue! Next dispute is BBB! The photos is from the hose being disconnected from the dryer and water pouring out because the vent is still clogged!!!!

Tyler was not only super friendly and professional to deal with, but also had an impressive work ethic – great communication with emails and phone calls, showed up as scheduled, and was not satisfied unless he produced the high quality result he was looking for. The grout on our floors was pretty bad and some areas just didn't want to come clean. Tyler went above and beyond to clean those stubborn areas and even ended up breaking one of his tools in the process 🙁 Because the cleaning didn't exceed his expectations, he wouldn't take payment for the full quoted amount (which was very reasonably priced!) until he comes back next week to tackle those areas again. My husband and I are so excited that our floors are clean and look as good as they do – we highly recommend Conley's Carpet Cleaning Plus!! We're blown away by the difference so far (pics attached). UPDATE 10/28/20
Just had Tyler come out again, this time to steam clean our sectional sofa. We had one section in storage for several months and it unfortunately got covered with dust and pollen. Now it feels like new again and the whole sectional smells better than new! Tyler is one of the nicest guys to do business with – we truly appreciate his wonderful customer service and the quality of work that he does!!

We had our carpets cleaned and the next morning, in the room with heavier dog traffic we noticed a wet dog style scent. I texted them that morning and let them know of the issue and he immediately responded and said he could come back that afternoon and make it right. He showed up promptly as scheduled again and went right to work, using a slightly stronger clean solution to ensure the scent was removed.
The responsiveness of the company and the sheer dedication to customer satisfaction will have us coming back to their business in the future. Thank you ProTouch for doing an amazing job and quickly responded to a follow-up touch up the next day.

Carlton Rightmire rated it 5/5: I chose Pro Touch after reading previous reviews and thought if they deliver 50% of how they were reviewed I'd probably be okay with that. Well Alex exceeded my expectations. He called in route as he stated he would and arrived on time. He was very professional and went right to work pre treating and scrubbing by hand before engaging his professional grade equipment. All the carpets look amazing, especially after 5 years of our beloved older pug creating many stains from "accidents" .He was also able to add an additional area to be cleaned while he was there and still finished promptly in order to. Are his next appointment. Definitely recommend Pro Touch and will be calling for additional services in the future as well as recommending them to family and friends!

I moved into my condo just a month ago. The carpet was dirty and stained from the previous owners who had 3 kids and a dog. Some of the stains didn't totally disappear, but they were lessened in appearance by the treatment Alex used.
The overall effect is a much cleaner, fresher smelling carpet.
My dryer vent yielded a big surprise…a huge bird's nest! It had obviously not been cleaned in a while.
I was very pleased with ProTouch and Alex and would recommend him for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning.

He bought me more time to figure out what I would like by coloring my nasty looking grout and cleaning carpets. I would definitely recommend and give Dr Spot two 👍 up! He got stains out that were here when we moved in a year ago that I thought would never come out. I mean look at those carpet lines. Will definitely be using them again!

Adam showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I had some red spot and pet stains I was sure weren’t coming out but Adam got them out(first 3 pics are stains, last 2 are after clean). I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!
