That spot is so light it isn't even noticable unless you look for it. Both of the techs were very nice and respectful which is not found much these days. If I ever need to have my car cleaned again, I will definitely have Stanley Steamer do it.

Lots of family dinners with red wine drinkers and kids who may or may not have used these chairs as napkins. Needless to say the cream colored fabric was not so cream. They spot treated, cleaned and applied a whitener and a protectant. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained their process thoroughly. What impressed me the most is the fact that the owner was present for my appointment to train the team that was sent. He was kind and patient and had no problem jumping in to help or demonstrate. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I can’t say enough good about this company.

When my partner came home they said “wow it looks like we have new carpet.” And there was absolutely no smell after the detergent smell was gone. I’m happy! We plan to rip out the carpet but thought we’d extend the life a bit longer in the mean time. Thanks go to Ian!

So much more that I won’t list. Very disappointed especially for what we pay. We were told they handle most of the Airbnbs in town, if so, I question how great these look after the cleaning. Update: They asked me to change my honest review.

Very horrible service, when I called the company and told them about it they hung up on me.

He was punctual and always responsive to my inquiries, plus he called twice to keep me updated on the install date due to delays. For those of you who haven't worked with contractors, this is rare. Most contractors don't reach out when there are delays, so I was impressed with that. The installers showed up on the day they were confirmed to be there and they did a great job. I had no complaints about the install; carpet looks great!
