We had a large beehive removed from our bedroom ceiling which left us with a carpet covered with honey… our technician made sure to clean a test spot for free to see if the honey was able to be removed before he charged us. Sir Grout’s owner, Chris Tisdale, came out and explained could be done to correct the situation. He was a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Grout had to be removed, replaced and sealed. Sir Grouts products are top of the line. A great value for the cost of the job. They cleaned and sealed floor tile grout and granite countertops as well. The first group that came over (over an hour late) did not have the information of all the rooms that needed to be clean and of the pets that we had inside. One of the ladies was scared of our cat. As they were upstairs cleaning i could hear that something kept falling. After they left i discovered that one of them broke my kids shampoo bottle. The cleaning was amazing but they left out one room and did not do one of the beds. What they did do was go through my stuff….

The second time they came over (i specifically asked for the first team to not come back), they were on time, they cleaned EVERYTHING. I was very pleased with them.

BUT THE THIRD TIME 🤬🤬🤬 It really bothered me. They basically came in here to change 2 out of 3 sheets and thats it. I was confused at first because why would they charge me the same amount for a different service. The receptionist said that they were supposed to do the same service as before. After i finished my errands and got home to look at everything, i could not believe it. The living room was somewhat clean, we sometimes eat in the living room so we had a salt shaker there. So instead of putting it in the kitchen THEY LAID THE SALT SHAKER ON THE COFFEE TABLE. the mirrors were not cleaned, the bathrooms were not cleaned. One bathroom was skipped, the other bathroom they halfway cleaned the sink(nothing else) and threw away the bathroom trash. The toilets were not scrubbed(it looked like all they did was lift the seat, to make look different). The rooms were not vacuumed, there was still trash on the floor. They put some of my daughters clothes in my sons son's closet. AND THE MOST INSULTING PART IS THAT THEY PICKED UP THE TRASH FROM ALL OVER THE HOUSE FLOOR AND THEY STUFFED INSIDE A BOX IN THE LIVING ROOM. Did they think i was not going to notice? Did they think i am that stupid to not see how bad of a piss poor job they did? It was so unprofessional and i am surprised that they have employees like that. After that i called and got a refund. I am not sure if i want to continue with them or move on to somewhere else.

I was able to use my phone to track the device which was clocked in Nashville one hour after the cleaning service left my home in Franklin. I took a screenshot from the phone and sent it to Joseph the manager. I was informed that the address was the address of the crew's next appointment. The person cleaning also left a spray bottle and rag next to my wife's jewelry box before they left. He or she was likely after more but nothing else was missing.
I filed a report with the Williamson County Sheriff and they have been unable to find the chief suspect so I'm out of a watch with no recourse other than to leave an unfavorable review here.

While they have been polite they have not compensated me for my watch now here we are May. I cannot recommend this service after 25 years of being a loyal customer.

I believe they are also operating as One Heart Maids. Look elsewhere.

For someone who claims he’s a business man and beats his chest about it there was nothing professional about his manner in speaking to the person that gave him work. First we negotiated a price based on what he saw on the property and what I explained to him need to be done. He came back after one cleaning and said needed a raise. I gave that to him. He negotiated again after 3 months, gave that to him also, 7 months later he tells me he can’t work with the current rate yet again, snaps and raises his voice demanding I give him a good review, stating he did all this extra work and which was minimal at best (stuff that didn’t require much effort while he was waiting on laundry to be done. Example change a battery in a door keypad) Will doesn’t get this is a client / service driven industry and expects his clients to meet his ever changing rates and demands. Did he clean yes, did I have to bend backwards to accommodate his demands , yes but not anymore. Happy to terminate his service. Good luck to him.

I admit I was taken back by her response because she said it quick and quite rude I just said ok thank you. This company claims to service commercial property which I called about. Website claims small-big; schools, business, health, small office, daycare etc but not a 2,000 sq ft Nail Salon.

They have so many additional Fees which make it impossible to make any money or hire help. Which causes poor quality of service. Start your own by building up your own list of clients. You’re better off!
