Alex, Robby and another man (wish I could remember names) all worked on all my tile floors, 1 large dining room bench and my shower for 6 hours! It’s a larger home so that is why the time and it was all floors + walk-in shower + 1 upholstery piece.
They brought it all back to life and even covered the opening to my home where their equipment was coming inside (to mitigate a/c loss and no bugs can come in ). They worked constantly and thoroughly.

I will not drag my feet on scheduling this again. I waited so many years to have my tile professionally cleaned and sealed. It was WELL WORTH IT!!!! I will refer this company to ALL of my real estate clients. Buyers and Sellers alike.

He never asked what service I needed/wanted. I didn't like that the cleaner assumed that because I have a pet that I needed a pet cleaning solution. The solution had a very strong scent to it that I was not pleased with. My pet is trained and has her own sofa. My pet doesn't go on my sectional. So the solution used was not needed. I did like that the sectional dried up quickly.

Stratus knows their profession and it shows (Stratus was the only company out of all we looked at that knew we had special floors in one section and that regular products would destroy the floor). Our company does onsite manufacturing and it can get messy and dirty. With Stratus it is like a new building every Monday.

Keith took on the challenge and the floors look great. It did take longer than estimated but it was definitely worth the wait. He took years of grim and wear and tear and turn them into master pieces. He also refreshed the grout in the kitchen. I would recommend him if you need work on your Terracotta floors.

Had I known what the end result would look like, I would have applied the cost towards a new tile floor. I was charged for the whole room and told SG would move the furniture. In my case, they worked around the larger pieces of furniture in two rooms and I was informed later, moving the furniture is a liability. The final machine buff with a clear sealant (Tile Armor) was only performed in limited sections of each room. In addition to the poor workmanship, I had just had my house painted 2 weeks prior. I had to spend additional money having the baseboards repainted. Sadly, I was very disappointed in the end with SG. Very expensive lesson learned. Never again.

Jo Rogers is great to work with and always makes sure her customers are satisfied. The work is always promptly scheduled, the technicians arrive on time and the service is stellar. The technicians do a great job and it is obvious that they are experts in their field. In one incident, we had a small area that was missed in a floor cleaning due to the lighting in the space and there were no questions asked, the techs were sent right back out to address. I love working with Cubix!

The staff is great, from Michelle who was my first contact to Liz the ace in the hole, Ingrid who make sure the money is right, and Kayla and Romero who are the ones who make my franchise blossom and I can go to them with all my concerns and they are always there for me.
