N B rated it 5/5: Cannot recommend Stuart highly enough. Of all the local cleaners I called, he was the only one who even showed an interest in cleaning and sealing the Saltillo tile in my new home. He even took the time to quickly clean a couple tiles by hand when he came out to give me a quote so I could see what to expect. The floors came out better than I had ever hoped for, despite everyone else telling me there was nothing that could be done for the stains. He was also knew a lot of about Saltillo and shared all kinds of interesting tidbits and useful tips with me. I think you’ll be hard pressed to find this level of service anywhere else.

They told me they left behind no residue and you can see by the pictures that my cream colored carpet looked gray AFTER they cleaned it! I even commented and was told it's set in from wear ?! It looked even worse than it was. I was livid. I came across Zion and was in tears and Eddie the owner turned out to be my angel 😇. He explained he does a 4 part process and agitates the carpet. He came by and even did a sample to see if he could get it cleaner and he did. I am so impressed with Eddie. He is about INTEGRITY. Finally someone I can trust and who has solid work ethics. Nick M rated it 5/5: We recently purchased an Aerotech DDS thru Jondon. J and J equipment are the local mechanics for this machine here in Phoenix. First thing I have to mention is all of the staff. Amazing! I have used them for several years now for my other equipment repairs and supplies. Since we bought our DDS we had a few small minor changes that needed to be made. Pretty much just relocate the fresh water tank and going live on the fresh water and solution reels. What an awesome staff. Jason made that happen in a reasonable amount of time. He is very friendly and professional. And from what I understand knows the DDS better than anyone in this area. We are super happy and thrilled to be taking our new machine to J and J to be serviced regularly. Thanks Jason, Omar, Johnny, Johan, Karl, and Alejandra for all that you guys do for us. You guys rock!!
