There is no excuse for their lack of work and no excuse for saying you would reclean for free and no response. If you cannot find good helpers, do not send them to others homes who need a good service. We hosted a 2-day international breakdance competition called the Silverback Open, hosted in South Philadelphia, PA. I contacted Anthony and requested, 2 employees to maintain the restrooms of an arena hosting up to 1,500 people, then providing a FULL restoration with a team of 5-6 after the event on both days. From restoring the order of a toilet flooding the men's restroom due to the heavy rain and poor sewage, to cleaning the ENTIRETY of the arena, 2 days in a row with 12 hour day shifts, to a 2 hour refreshing clean post-event, Team Clean did absolutely everything to fulfill their purpose and service with quality, great professionalism, punctual execution, and an amazing team. Definitely will be calling for future events!

They truly are a necessary cleaning company during this pandemic period we are navigating through. We constantly sanitize surfaces and high touch areas, empty trash receptacles, mop floors, clean bathroom toilets, sinks and showers through the day. We clean the glass in doors in the entryway and vacuum the mats there as often as needed as we make several rounds throughout the shift, sanitizing door handles and light switch covers. The exterior of property is not forgotten as we clean and clear all cigarette butts and any other debris. We mow the grass as is necessary to maintain a good clean manicured and inviting look to the property!

I immediately walked back home, dressed in a shirt and tie, with my resume, cover letter and professional references ready to apply for any position. As I was met at the door by a white lady that held the door closed and asked "Can I help you?" I advised her that I was interested in seeking employment opportunities with your organization. She advised me that II had to go on-line to apply. I thanked her for the response and asked if I could leave my paperwork with the Human Resource Department.
The white lady walked into opened the door with an attitude and went into an office disgruntled as if I had done something personally wrong to her, which I did not. A represented came out of the office and ask can I help you. I repeated my desire to seek employment opportunities with the organization and wanted to know if I could leave my resume, cover letter and references with the Human Resource Department. I was sweating and had walked up the street dressed for success hoping for a positive response.

To my suprise, everyone that I encountered from this organization was rude as if my dress code or visit to the location offended them. The lack of professionalism and mentoring motivation in empathy for my efforts to work with this organization cause me to rethink my desire to work for this company. It is ashame that a young black man seeking employment opportunities dressed for success and ready to contribute to the success of the organization was treated with such contempt and disrespect. I expected that from the lady at the front door but not from my peers.

They did a great job on the areas that were completed but I wish there was more time to really get the place together. The job was a bit pricy however, it was worth it. Thank you again for helping make my place beautiful.
Dikyi Youngzom rated it 1/5: The worst. Go see Yelp review. Don't make the same mistake as me. The customer service is the worst I've ever had. The guy charged me the original price but never said I have to pay by cash eventually.
The cleaning ladies were unpunctual and always call to reschedule. My required cleaning area is actually pretty small, it was just the kitchen and part of the living room. But they charged me with almost original price anyway, cuz they said "it is deep cleaning". It turned out that the "deep cleaning" they claimed, I can do it by myself. They left corners and a lot of small areas dirty and uncleaned.
The most thing they pissed me off is that the manager claimed that once the cleaning is done, the deposit (customer service charged me) will be refunded to my account. But they never did!!!! They also claimed that they sent me emails with receipt, but I never got them.
This was such an unpleasant experience.
