So it was good to be ready for that. Then we had the carpets cleaned and this gentleman made sure to acknowledge that the dog should probably not walk on the carpet until it had been cleaned, after being sprayed. So again, thinking about my animal, which I appreciate. All of the staff that I have worked with between scheduling and having the work completed we're very professional. Kevin came out and explained in detail his process for my pet urine issue and what he could do and he got to work. He was fast efficient and thorough. It's pretty cold outside but the door guard kept it warm inside while allowing room for the hot water supply and suction hose which was connected to his van in the driveway.

No response. The second time they said they would look into it, no response. All I'm asking for is a receipt man. And now the third time nobody will answer. I get that places are short staffed but this just comes across as sketchy and unprofessional.

• The technicians did not call or text before arrival and just showed up at my door.

• The technicians were not wearing masks at any point.

• One of the technicians used my restroom which I do not think is sanitary or safe during the COVID pandemic.

• It took them almost an hour to start working because they were moving slow and kept petting my dog without my permission.

• One of the technicians put my bathroom trash can on my bathroom counter instead of moving it to another location on the floor, which is not sanitary.

I have made multiple contact attempts to get this resolved to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they closed the case because Stanley Steemer did not respond to them.

I have attached photos of my ducts after the service and they were not cleaned properly.

The first picture is of after they cleaned. The second is after I went over it with my home carpet cleaner after they left. It is significantly cleaner, but I will have to clean it a few more times.
The last picture is of the water after they cleaned. It was black so obviously this carpet cleaning methos does not work and I'll have to either do it myself or get a chem dry carpet cleaning. Sad because I was trying to either not have to do it myself or save some money. However this cleaning was a huge fail.

The movers got us out of our third-floor, two bed, two bath apartment and into our first floor, three bed, two bath new place in just 4 hours (and I have a lot of stuff). They wrapped the furniture better than I probably would have. They were careful and QUICK. I honestly can’t rate them high enough. My partner and I are beyond grateful for their help. And another thing, LiveClean does not charge enough for the EXCELLENT work that they do. I feel like I got away with a robbery!! Thank you so so much!
Alisha Cox rated it 5/5: This company is very accommodating, professional and fast. The movers have always been respectful and kind. I like that they offer insurance and a free insurance. They also take responsibility if anything is damaged.
I haven't had any major issues with them and I've used them maybe 6 times already. Some pointers are to check your plastic bins that they don't crack them or pile them to high. No garbage bags are allowed on the truck. And if you have big items, request someone who can take a door off the hinge at scheduling.

They wrapped and cared for my belongings as if they were their own. They carefully packed up the truck and placed all of my items exactly where I wanted them.
