Our carpet was so dingy and dirty from our pets, but now our carpets look like they were just installed. Our technician, Danny was so kind, polite, informative, and VERY professional. He explained all our options and recommended services for our tile and one room that was stained more than the others. The carpet was dry 3 hours after the service ended, and our couch looks BRAND NEW!!! The best part was there is NO RESIDUE or crunchy spots. We will definitely be using Zerorez from now on for our carpet cleaning needs. They are coming back to do our tile next month and I can't wait to see how it comes out. I called to ask about my blinds and oven. I noticed that they were not cleaned. My blinds were still dusty (guess this isn't in a normal clean) and my oven was not throughly cleaned on the inside and on the sides. Alexandria proceeded to be very rude and argumentative. She said my oven could not be cleaned further due to damage, however, I wiped and cleaned it myself and it came right off. It was left over cleaning products. I asked for a refund for just the oven portion since I cleaned it myself, and was told the prices are given up front. I wasn't worried about the prices. I was disappointed that I had to clean the oven again after I just paid $300. I find it strange that this is acceptable work. (Last photo is after I cleaned it)

I called the office and they said they would send the tech back out. The tech then called me and said he did the best he could. I then hired another company and they cleaned the carpet perfectly. Now Zerores wants me to pay for a job that they did not complete after saying they would waive the fees.

In addition to a helpful You Tube video that explained their entire process, they quoted me a price over the phone, which others were not willing to do. On the appointed day, they arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, and honored their quoted price. In fact, they offered us a $55 coupon discount, which brought the price down below $700 (for 21 registers).
The crew was first-rate… they were friendly, respectful of our furniture and wall hangings, and cheerfully answered all of our questions as the work progressed. Their process utilizes a specially-designed truck that connects to the furnace plenum and draws the dirt out to a large vacuum cleaner in the truck, so there is minimal dirt and dust deposited inside the house. They scrubbed all of the registers as well, cleaned up after themselves, and left on a positive note.

Since their visit, the dust buildups on furniture are dramatically reduced, attesting to the thorough job that they did. We would use them again without hesitation, since their price was reasonable for the work that was done, and they proved themselves to be competent, dependable, careful, and fairly-priced!

But I expected better from a company with 5 stars. The reason why I am giving them a 1 star rating is because I called them the same day the carpet was cleaned to see if they would come back and address the many spots that they missed, and I never got a call back. Now it has been a few days since the carpet was cleaned, and I wanted to give them time to make it right before I left my review. But they still haven't respond to my call. I will not be using Sparkle Carpet Cleaning again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family how my experience was with them.

CCR opened up the wall and subjected it to repeated water testing until they pinpointed where the water was coming in. They sealed the source of the leak (and retested to make sure), and then proceeded to do meticulous work to restore the internal and external walls to their original condition. The restoration was perfection. Throughout the job everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I was in the office a little beyond quitting time yesterday and through the glass partitions I watched as the Jan-Pro Customer Care member diligently sprayed, wiped, cleaned everything! I already knew they did a great job. As a result of the current state of this pandemic, every morning, preparing for the day, I also spray, wipe and disinfect our office. The first thing I noticed was the white cloth I was using stayed clean. I was so impressed I shared this information with the staff as they arrived for the day. I continued to wipe and clean everything… counters, desk, chairs, door jambs, cabinet fronts, handles, conference room tables, phones, keyboards, all surfaces… the more I cleaned, the more impressed I became. The only reason I quit because I was receiving to many phone calls and text about my schedule im not a child I dont need a reminder im always on time n show up when I have to. I

They have done everything from general cleaning to floor maintenance to windows and construction clean up, they do it all! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Janitor for all of your cleaning needs.
Fish rated it 2/5: Mr Janitor is not necessarily a bad company to work for, however, it does have it's issues. I happily served this company as my secondary income for a year but my biggest issue has an issue with being paid along with rather immature supervisors and the way they handle issues on the work site. I had to quit not long ago because I had an issue with getting paid due to accepting a new primary job and to this day, they are still holding my last check hostage with no plans to either mail it or deliver to me. If this persist into getting my W-2 next year come tax season, I'll just let the IRS handle it with them perhaps. I understand why they do this but come on, this is the year 2019. At least get direct deposit if there is an issue with the mail. Do keep this into mind when working with this company and don't let their supervisors scare you.
Essie rated it 1/5: This company does not do direct deposit or mail checks and apparently they will not mail tax forms either. My husband worked here for a while and we may be moving out of state soon. Every time he had to drive over to the company to pick up his paychecks.
When asked if they would be able to mail the W-2s for taxes they responded no. You expect us to drive/fly all the way over just to get the tax forms?? What kind of company are you? Can't spare a few cents for a stamp?? Every other legitimate company I know will mail those forms and I believe it is a requirement by law. So if he does not receive those forms come tax time this company can expect us to notify the IRS about it.

They didn’t show up and when I called they said they were just too backed up and they wouldn’t be able to make it. No call, no offer to reschedule….nothing. I won’t be calling them again.

She was right here with us when the new team came by to see the office. The team is so nice and take care of all tasks from emptying trash to dusting and cleaning the windows. They work on our schedule coming in when it is convenient for us just three days a week since we are a small office. Vanguard has been our cleaning company since July of 2014 and they have done a great job maintaining our office . Always keeping it presentable to host our clients. I would recommend this company for any business small of large .
