Scotch guard is available so they stay protected. Fibers are treated very gently with this service. I have very light carpets and they look like new. I’ve used them 4 times on my 15+ year old carpet.

Do not expect service after it arrives…they will not stand behind defective parts, so just know that going into it. A pump on my brand new carpet extractor showed up defective and after 6+ months of going back and forth the part was now “out of warranty “ and not going to be covered. Not the best way to retain what would have been a lifetime customer with a large cleaning company.

I was told they do not offer returns or exchanges and that I have to go through ProTeam directly for help. ProTeam was shocked that it’s less than a week old and they would not give me any assistance with the product or return/exchange it. From now on I’ll take my business elsewhere because at this point I’ve spent $450 on a vacuum that I cannot use and is just going to collect dust. Steer clear guys. They have NO customer service and offer NO help after purchase.

Not only did they leave my (and my neighbor's) front door open during the cleaning, but when they were completely done and left, they left our doors wide open. Anyone could have accessed my apartment and my pet could have escaped. Even though you may service student renters as opposed to homeowners, you should always respect someone's space and uphold the safety of their residence.

They are not able to accommodate the 2 to 3 business day area rug carpet cleaning, even if I drop it off to them. Really poor communication, will bring my business elsewhere. I would suggest the same for others if your interested in having a competent and quality experience where customer service is put at the forefront of the relationship.

Out of frustration and a lot of waiting, we ultimately and randomly called HydroGlow last minute to see if they were interested to work with us. They were on site within an hour, quoted the projects, and scheduled and completed the work within one week. Incredible – right? There's more…..

I was so happy with the work, I had him seal my indoor kitchen counters as well! Great company, reasonably priced, excellent communication on scheduling and transparent on costs, and job done very professionally. Would highly recommend them.

I always considered myself a clean and tidy person, but with two kids, two cats and a new dog, I just didn't have the time to invest. The money spent on this cleaning service was the best investment I could ever make. They did a deep clean and I will schedule for quarterly deep cleans from now on. I was literally amazed at the outcome, sparkling sinks and windows, mirrors, the extra touch in cleaning vents and accent lights, things you just wouldn't normally clean. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the lovely couple who own it and the results of their hard work. Thank you!

We were so impressed by the job they did cleaning our house that we had them pressure wash our Lanai & patio furniture. This ended up including our Lanai screening. I called them today regarding washing our windows (including the high arch windows) & lanai ceiling fans. My husband and I had no previous relationship with this company – just Veterans fortunate to have finally found an honest reasonably priced family company.

The service we receive has been extraordinary. The level of detail and consistency has been far better that what we have ever experienced.
