Appointment time frame was 9-12 and they showed up at 8am and I was still in bed so that was frustrating. $235 for 3 small rooms in which I had moved the furniture myself and they had none to move. One guy and he was done in 25 mins. Carpet didn't look any different then when they started. There was one stain they got out the rest including just normal walk way wear down didn't look any different. I went over it with my own steam cleaner in certain areas and my water was dark brown it was so dirty still. Very disappointed. Called and complained and they offered to come back out however I have already moved three rooms of furniture back and we have family with us the next 5 days so not sure how that would work– Should be done right the first time !!! Expensive and not worth a penny of what I paid.

They tell people to show up for work and then they do not have the supervisors to show up to train them. They tell them to show up at a location to start working and then someone else sends them home. These people need to get there stuff together. That is why they do not have employees. Because no one apparently knows how to communicate within the office except to agree to fire someone who was jerked around to begin with.

Put in application and was told they were doing a background check, only to call back and have the the receptionist that was rude and then she says she doesn’t even remember telling me or doing a background check. I’ve called several times which was weird she doesn’t remember, instead of saying they aren’t interested which I’d rather have appreciated and respected they play childish games. Stay away.. never experienced such an environment. Just terrible

I've had the opportunity to see her work with employees to coach and develop them into better employees who will give their best to this location.
