She wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning the house prior and would come home to a clean house. They worked with me and were really flexible without knowing when our baby would be here. We set a tentative date but of course our little girl came early and they were able to fit us in first thing in the morning on the day we were coming home and did an unbelievable job. Ana A rated it 1/5: I’ve used this company for almost 5 years. The quality of work is par as I can do much better job, but I keep them around because it’s nice to get a break. I’ve never been late in paying and tip generously every time despite good or bad service. Sometimes it’s really bad, but it’s not worth my time to complain so I just clean it myself afterward. Most of the cleaners are good people and professional. There has been few incidents but only one worth mentioning here. I returned home noticing that one of my potted plant’s soil looks disturbed. It’s an old and expensive cactus. Knowing it should not look like that, I checked the cameras and found that the cleaner dropped my cactus from 4 feet distance TWICE. After the second time it’s dropped, the second cleaner came to help the dropper and shoved my cactus back into its pot. Nothing was reported to me, I’m sure they think I’d never find out. Check was grabbed from table, as well as the generous tip I left. I emailed the company reporting the incident and Willingham; the owner himself, responded to me. He said sorry but there’s nothing he can do about it. No compensation was offered or discount on next cleaning. The cactus is worth over $100 if you manage to find one, but it’s irreplaceable to me. I then reply to his first email stating that this kind of behavior is unacceptable. He never responded back, the next scheduled visit is “no call no show”, the following scheduled visit is the same. So not only the owner refused to take responsibility of damage, he also being very childish by cancelling my service indefinitely without notice. I have to get the house ready every time cleaners come. He wasted my time by playing his game. This company should be avoided at all costs. If he’s truly insured and bonded, he should be able to replace my dead cactus. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you must hire maids.

Woodard helped almost immediately in getting the cleanup started and looking after the contents. Over the next few months, we worked closely with Brady, Brandon and the rest of the crew there on reconstruction and then the finishes to make it better than it was before. I cannot speak highly enough about Woodard and their service, communication and hard work throughout the process of getting our home back on its feet. A house fire or disaster is not fun, but it helps to have pros around to give some assurance and do a great job. Like taking advantage of a person who isn’t thinking clearly while his life is burning in front of his eyes. One of my friends had to make him get away from me to give me space. We don’t know who called you thought that the insurance company did but found out later they didn’t.. I believe your people should have a little more compassion for the people’s lives in the time of crisis and stop pushing all these service’s when their mind is distracted.

A tree fell on my house over five months ago creating a giant hole in the roof and causing the back wall of the house to cave-in. Woodard was hired the day after this to help with the restoration. There has been delay after delay after delay and at this point, nothing has even been done except put a tarp over the giant hole. We still have not even ordered the replacement windows because my project manager keeps putting off my request to get this done. I am so so sorry that I ever hired them, but unfortunately I have and they have forced me to put down a $33,000 down payment and so I am stuck working with them.
I cannot express enough that if you are looking for someone to help rebuild your home after a natural disaster you need to look elsewhere.

Pride was the only company that called me back the next day and they were able to schedule an initial appointment for the assessment and got a crew at my house in less than a week. During the assessment the president of the company, Jim, knew I was nervous and anxious about navigating through the insurance process. Jim held my hand from beginning to end. Jim documented all of the damages before the cleaning and restoration, communicated with the adjuster directly, and put my mind at ease that the insurance company was going to pay the claim. Jim was the difference between getting the claim approved vs. denied. I recommend Pride & Restoration, Inc. for their excellent response time, craftmanship, and project management.

Because of the extent of our damages it took several months to get our place back to the way it was. They performed water damage and mold remediation services for us. They coordinated schedules expertly with other contractors I had to hire for plumbing, mold testing and restoration services. We are very happy with the work they provided us and wouldn’t hesitate to contract with them again. He had done a great job in understanding the problems we had encountered at the end of our situation and he identified the areas to improve for future cleanups. I was very happy with his suggested solutions with our bill and really feel that it would lead to avoid future situations like we had. I was very satisfied with their solution for us, as well as their solutions going forward with other clients. With this in mind, I would recommend this team.
Original review: Initially, I found them very helpful after a water leak. While we waited for insurance to decide, This decision did take an extremely long time in a more typical timeline. I had several outside sources (over 4) tell me that the extremely loud de-humidifiers would not be helpful after a certain point. I felt they were keeping these loud machines here unnecessarily and they bill per machine/per day. They hadn't even been checking them as time went on. I felt like i was taken advantage.

Trying to use underage workers names to get drink tickets . They're behavior was hortible…rude…c beyond. Don't assume people don't understand you…or know youranguage.
