They’ve both been extremely friendly, good with our dog, and go above and beyond to make our house look flawless. Small details like folding the toilet paper, and fluffing the tissues make it feel like you’re at a hotel, rather than your own bathroom!

Plus, they’ve been either on-time, or a few minutes early both times, and give you a heads up when they’re on their way – which is greatly appreciated.

Jon Matteson managed my reconstruction project. He and his team did an outstanding job restoring my place to its glory and making it even look better than it was prior to the leaks. I am very meticulous about details and quality and Jon was extremely professional, patient and polite handling all my questions, comments and requests. Jon, Igor and his crew did a great job, always polite and professional. In additional to great work, Jon had excellent communication, responded to messages very fast and always kept me in the loop with any progress. I also had an opportunity to meet Daniel, GM of ServPro Central St. Petersburg who really cares about his customers and ensures that his employees provide professional and courteous service. B W rated it 5/5: In February of 2022 I was horrified to discover what looked like a small leak from my dishwasher was actually coming from behind my water heater on the other side of the kitchen, compromising both the walls and hardwood floors beyond the kitchen space.
I consider myself beyond fortunate that SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park was assigned to my case by the insurance company. In one week's time, SERVPRO Team members dried the walls and the space behind with big dehumidifying/drying machines and repainted not just the kitchen's walls but the entire 800 square foot living room and 200 square foot bedroom beyond, matching colors perfectly! In addition they replaced the laminate hardwood floors in both these rooms as well!

Everyone I met on the SERVPRO Team was professional, courteous and upbeat. Jon Matteson, the Team Leader of this project did a fantastic job on every front, and there were many hats to wear: explaining my options, coordinating with the insurance company and managing his team (I probably met 25 guys total over the week and all did a sterling job.) When the original agreed-upon laminate flooring pieces weren't joining properly, Jon ordered a more water-resistant upgrade at no charge to me. (As the team installed the flooring, not a few men sang while they worked. This is a sign of high morale and happy workers.)

Jon was also able to recommend other contractors for minor but vital side jobs, like reseating one of my toilets.

The amount of work completed in a week's time was nothing short of astonishing. THANK YOU JON MATTESON and the entire SERVPRO Team. My home looks better than ever! Ben L.

In this case I gave the owner, Roger multiple opportunities to make things right, in which he did not. I had Roger and his company carpet clean a whole house for me. He changed the agreed upon price on me right in the beginning saying it was a bigger job then expected, although this was off-putting I agreed on the higher price. I also gave Roger a 10% tip before he started the job to help a fellow business owner and also to ensure a good job. I visited the house the next day after the carpet was dry and noticed there were various yellow/orange SPOTS. I immediately asked Roger what these spots were and he went into full DEFENSE mode mentioning he has the best equipment and that those are PERMANENT stains and there's nothing he can do about it. Very poor customer service and making sure me, the customer, was happy. After researching these spots I found that these spots can happen with carpet cleaning and it is called "wicking" I was able to get these wicking spots removed at my cost. Its funny because he said they were PERMANENT STAINS which at the end of it, he just told me this so he didn't have to come back to fix and make his customer happy, this saddens me greatly.

There are many reasons why sub-contractors like me don't take accounts, there are good and bad accounts. My experience and relation with this company was good or that's what I thought. When I explained the lady that talked to me (Jodi , I guess is her name) she told me that she believed that because I didn't like their prices then our business relation will not be healthy, really?, I cannot believed what I hear but I was amazed of that particular way of conducting business.

When I was interviewed by upper management what I was told was different than what this person (Jodi) told me.

Charles Nelson rated it 1/5: The Vice President talked to me like I was in the wrong for being frustrated that their cleaning crew left the front door to my car dealership unlocked all night. His response was “well unfortunately in our business that happens sometimes”. I have conservatively $500k worth of assets on my lot and your company just left the door wide open. Zero ownership, didn’t even attempt an apology. What a joke. If you run a legitimate business with any security concerns I would recommend you do business elsewhere.

Jordan Pelletz rated it 3/5: Went with this company for a move in cleaning for a new property. Scheduling the cleaning was easy and painless. On the day of the cleaning, the crew ended up arriving about an hour later than the estimate I had been given. Not a huge deal, but nobody had communicated with me that they were running behind, I had to reach out to them.
Once they arrived, the crew was very friendly and confirmed that we wanted a move in clean. I was concerned when they called me not even an hour and a half later letting me know they were done. That's the amount of time a total clean would probably take, but a move in clean should be very thorough (and is much more expensive). On the surface, it looked like they had done a pretty good job. But upon further looking it was clear that they did not do a full move in clean. The biggest thing was the cabinets in the kitchen were still filthy, and I ended up having to go in and wipe/ clean them out myself. There was also dust and dirt in a few window areas along the blinds.

Again, if I had just wanted a standard cleaning, it would have been a very satisfactory job. But when you pay over $300 for a service, you expect the place to be spotless. Especially since they had a 4 person crew. I may use them again for a regular clean, but will probably look elsewhere if I need a deep clean.
