They were polite, professional, helpful and did the job very well. They were attentive and I felt very comfortable with them. They were able to repair it temporarily to get us through the rest of the year. We did have Chris McBride come out and give us a few quotes but at the time, we just couldn't swing replacing the unit.
Fast forward to this year, I reached out to Chris M. again who came by my house the next day to draw up a new estimate. Chris was easy to work with and knowledgeable of what was needing to be done.

This quote was on a Tuesday and the whole team was at my house on Friday for AC replacement and new duct work for returns in the attic. They worked fast, efficient, and were in and out within 1/2 a day. Geovani, Carlos, and Brandyn were perfect.

On Monday (today at the time of writing 5/16/2022) Howard and Patrick showed up to build an encasement for the return that was exposed. They were quick and were in and out in no time. The work looks great as if the wall existed the whole time. They even did the base molding which is something I didn't even think about.

I've currently talked to them about doing insulation as well just because this whole process from start to finish has been great.

10/10 would recommend.

Pat Murphy had the highest ratings online so I made an appointment for a list of items based on the inspection report… I can see why there are so many rave reviews!
I was lucky enough to have Carlos as my specialist. He went above and beyond in providing top of the line work and customer service – a combo that can be hard to find these days! He took the time to explain the nuances of my electrical system and his recommendations for modernizing (both for safety and aesthetics). I had new beakers, outlets, switches, and lights installed.

Carlos ended up returning an additional 2 times, both without complaint. Their prices are fair and it is easy to make appointments. I trust their workmanship and would recommend Carlos at Pat Murphy to all my friends and family!

I have used many different service providers in all trades over the past 20+ years. Pat Murphy is excellent! One of the best! They stand by their work and provide a warranty. Everything they do is up to code and no shortcuts. Our house was built in 1925 and the wiring is the same age. They were able to figure it out when other companies could not (you get what you pay for).
I will only use Pat Murphy from here on.

He showed up on time, explained the work to be done, gave us options on what upgrades we could have done and he did a great job! Kevin was friendly, thorough and professional. I have some other work that will need to be done soon and I will, without a doubt, be calling them to come back out.

He is incredibly thorough and goes out of his way to explain everything he sees that needs to be done. Most recently, we had an issue with the outlet for our disposal (which he had not previously worked on) and he was out at 7:45am the next morning and had it fixed inside a half an hour. Remus is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for anything you might need done (and the things you don't know about yet!)

I called Handy Electrician based on a knowing him, his wife guided us during our home purchase, and the fact that he protects his business’s reputation via every interaction. I spoke with him about the circumstances, sent the attached pictures, and was shocked when he said give him an hour or so…He arrived within the hour with replacement parts in hand. In and out within 30 minutes…I have to say that we paid to get the issue resolved and for his expertise. Done and done. You will never waste a dime dealing with this Master Electrician. Thankfully we called as one of our outlets was burning – unbeknownst to us – left untreated would be a fire hazard. Musa was able to come in and quickly replace the outlet with a new receptacle. He was able to tighten the loose connections in the other outlets that were tripping the breaker and troubleshoot a problematic light/fan in our kids room.

Each time they have been professional and honest and paid attention to detail. Prior to starting the work, I did a consultation with Saboor and he was very punctual and took his time to explain everything to me. I was given an appropriate price point for the work and am very satisfied with both the result and excellent service. He is a very nice guy and I cant recommend him enough. This is the company I plan to use in the future if I ever need work done again.
