It took about 3 weeks from the order date to the install. The delivery and install team worked around unexpected road work and limited parking like it was no big deal and took great care delivering and installing our new dishwasher. They had it up and running smoothly and did a great job explaining everything. I'm so happy with my new dishwasher and my Yale appliance experience. Thank you!

I feel 100% more knowledgeable about my HVAC and how to run it efficiently.

In addition, I was working from home the entire time and they were very gracious – hardly noticed them as they performed the work over 4.5 days. After the work was completed, I noticed a noise and they came back to check it out and fix the settings so it was no longer a problem. Can’t speak highly enough of the team.

I discovered them by reading some reviews and decided to reach out online for a quote for my job: a 65” TV tilt mount with a Sonos Arc sound bar below and the wires hidden in the wall. Within the hour (this was in the evening) Mike reached out to me with some questions to clarify the job, presented a reasonable quote, and gave me a flexible timeline for executing the work within a few days. Mike showed up on time, with all the necessary parts, and made sure he knew what I wanted before starting the work. During the job there was small snag with the wall construction in my place and Mike presented some options to solve it before dealing with it. Within ~90 min the job was done, everything was cleaned up, and I had a perfectly mounted and functioning TV and sound bar. Mike also gave me some advice for expanding my sound system down the road which I appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the job—Mike is knowledgeable and professional and I will be recommending him to everyone when these types of jobs come up down the road!

He came within the week with all of his tools and gear, gave a firm handshake, and assured me that the work would be done to the highest standard. His diagnosis and repair was fairly quick as he had all the appropriate tools and general parts needed in his work van. He also gave me pointers on what inlet water valve to use to save on repair cost in the future. Great workmanship and friendly guy.

He went through a lot of trouble for a semi emergent water heater installation and then didn’t charge me at all for something he said he could have foreseen. Thank you very much Irfan!

I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I am so glad to have called I & C Mechanical for help, I am very pleased with the service. Thank you so much!
