We've had issues with it for a year plus now and wanted some options on whether we should repair or replace. The receptionist was very friendly and explained options and we went with just getting an estimate and options which was free. Mitch came out and gave us 3 options and was honest and up front. We even asked if he recommended a total system replacement given the age. He said he would not at this time given what he could see. My fiance and I talked it over and came up with a few questions. We called KMA back and they had Mitch call me and answer all my questions. We decided to go with one of the options he presented and they had Mitch back here the same morning we approved the estimate. He was a Godsend coming today in this weather. Through all of this Mitch was honest and friendly. The staff answering the phone was also very friendly, much more so than I've ever dealt with at any other service company. I recommend these guys for your HVAC needs for sure!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional- everything you want your electrician to be. He answered several questions for us and explained everything in detail. He & his partner (Michael) showed up when promised the next day & worked until about 10pm to ensure they were able to get power back on to the house including our heat. I can’t explain how thankful I am and how GREAT the work was. We’ve had KMA do several jobs/home improvement projects for us over the past few years and are always happy with their work. Right away I had a friendly and informative conversation with the woman who answered the phone and she made me an appointment quick and easy. The technician Jonathan came by and was quickly able to find my issue and give me multiple options to fix it. Jonathan was very polite and knowledgeable. He also recommended my panel be replaced as it was around 30-60 years old. This being a costly repair he took some time to put together a lot of options that were reasonably priced and he was not pushy with his pitch at all. I was not able to get the panel at this time having so many other projects going with the new home but I had a great experience with this business and will recommend them to everyone.

Steven Roberts rated it 5/5: After being very satisfied with previous electrical work by Ed at Safe Electric, we contacted them again regarding the installation of a 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug in our garage (typically known as an electric "dryer plug"). We also requested they install an "RV electrical box," just like the ones at the campgrounds for our RV that is parked on the side of the garage and to accommodate any RV visitors. Ed provided an estimate and also recommended the installation of a "surge protector" since our detached garage's electrical comes from buried electrical lines from our home's basement some distance away. The only other "surge protector" is on the opposite side of the house (at another basement panel). Recently, Ed and Kyle came out, crawled around in the garage's attic space, fished wire through the walls, etc, etc. The installation is VERY clean and professional. We now have the 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug inside the garage between two of the parking spots so it can be used from either spot (wiring is ALL inside the wall). We have a full RV box on the side of the garage. It has a 30 amp/120 volt "regular plug," just like the ones in the house, another 30 amp/240 volt "dryer plug" for small or medium size RV's (or, for an electric vehicle that won't fit in the garage) and the 50 amp/240 volt plug for the BIG RV visitors. Finally, Ed and Kyle added a "surge protector" in the garage wall, just below the electrical panel. GREAT JOB, Ed and Kyle! Thank you! Looks great and we are already using some of the plugs! Please see the attached five photos of the very "clean" installations!

Sabrina McGraw rated it 5/5: I can’t recommend this company enough. I had a circuit out in my house (100+ yrs old) that went out over the holidays, breaker switch didn’t help. Called another company (Mr. Electric), and the electrician told us the circuit had been illegally rigged, he couldn’t touch it without replacing the entire thing, including ripping out my kitchen ceiling. Estimate was $3500 not including ceiling demolition and repair. I called My Electric Works for a second opinion. In less than 10mins, Ivan walks up- “Do you have any light bulbs?” Unbelievably, all that was wrong with the circuit was that a surge had busted the bulbs. Ivan got to the bottom of what caused the surge, which was a serious issue with my electric main line and circuit box, which I am amazed didn’t set fire to the house. We are all set now, and my ceiling is none the wiser. Ivan and Dave were amazing- on time, professional, neat, friendly, and good at explaining what was going on. I felt confident in the process throughout, from the moment I called to make the appointment to their final visit. Will definitely keep this company on my phone for all electrical needs in future!

He took the time to provide details on my furnace so I could understand the problem. (yes, it is summer & they still have techs available to help with a heating issue – that was a plus). It was appreciated that in addition to getting knowledgeable help, I was assisted by a very considerate technician.
Update: Stevenson Service Techs Shane and Cal installed the new furnace yesterday. What a nice experience. I have an older home so the work area was small but they got it done timely and did a through cleanup after. They took the time to walk through things like the new filter and how to use the thermostat. If the furnace, is the same quality as techs Cal and Shane, it will be a good one.

Apparently the wires supplying the power go to line screws on the new outlet. There's 4 screws. 2 line and 2 load screws. The outlet didn't work because I had them on the 2 load screws but the green indicator light was lite indicating the outlet had power but didn't work. It does now that I have them on the line screws. When we got off the phone he said "Merry Christmas" no charge. I'd recommend Buckeye for all your electric needs!

I put off the installation for a long time since the previous owner of my home drywalled around our electrical panel. Buckeye Electric found a unique solution with minimal drywall alterations. I was completely blown away after they left and really wish I called years ago.

Over cut drywall, stripped screws, cracked switch, light fixtures and switch covers not flush, found pieces of grounding wire and fiberglass in each of the rooms. We gladly fix any issues and warranty all of our work. We service over 800 customers per years so yes, mistakes happen, and once we are aware of the issue we will gladly make any repairs – As you notice from our many 5 star reviews, we do great work, however every once in a while we run into a difficult situation. I suggest reaching out to the office instead of google. Job was completed on 2/12/21. Im curious why you wait till 3/8 to post a review, and why you mentioned nothing about a broken switch or any other issues when you called me about the drywall. Please make sure you get out and enjoy the warm weather!"

I am sure that you and your employees are capable of great work, but this was not an example of that.
Bob Pearson rated it 2/5: Rating Buckeye Electric is difficult because there are two different components. The electricians are top notch. They are very courteous and perform high quality work. I would rate them a 5. The management, however, needs vastly improved. Twice, no one showed up when scheduled. I totally understand projects take longer than expected. What is not understandable is no one from the company contacted me. After the first time, I would have thought they would have been more responsive, but they were not. No one contacted me when they did not show up the second time. There was never any conversation about what could be done to ensure that the customer was happy and would be a repeat customer. Despite the outstanding work the electricians performed, I doubt I will use them again due to how the company treats its customers.

The staff on the phone and the technician were both kind and professional. The technician cleaned up all the boxes of the materials as well. He also noticed the window caulking was deteriorated badly, so he fixed that on the spot quickly. Additional cost but he saved me from potential water leak!
It was worth the money!!
The only change I would like to see is that the office needs to communicate with the technician and tell the customer that if the technician is coming early. I was lucky that I was working from home on that day and had no meeting but my technician showed up 2hrs early. It might not have worked that well.

However, I got a call this morning and they were able to fit us in today. They not only fixed our shelf (and re-painted the wall so it looks finished) but we're also able to fix two other items!

Did not brace it while adhesive dried, used wrong kind of caulk which later just flaked away, did not do smooth spackle job – craters left in walls! I complained but they wanted to send same incompetent people again.
