And, I am so glad they did as they found black mold encompassing the unit! Their efforts may have saved my life! These guys are top notch representatives of your company. They sent James to review my options for replacing the heating system and installing a unit to prevent mold. James made me feel comfortable and well informed with deciding which unit to choose.

    The very next day I got a call from the representative. He was an able to move it up. The. Next morning they were here installing the new system. The installers were also awesome. They did the install and cleaned up the mess inside and out. They explained the new. System to me and my son. There are such fine young men just like the sales representative.   • Ashlyn Mundy rated it 2/5: The bad: I needed one outside flood light replaced and one bathroom exhaust fan /light combo replaced. I already had the replacement fixtures on hand. Both of these things I could have done myself but to save myself the time I decided to pay someone for the convenience. Both jobs were super simple and when I booked the appointment online it gave an estimate for each job of $69. It in no way explained that $69 was merely the dispatch fee. For an hour of work they quoted me a price over $1,000. I said absolutely not and did not go through with the service. After the technician left I installed the flood light myself and since I still didn't want to deal with the exhaust fan, I called another company that had done good work for me in the past. They quoted me $225 to replace the exhaust fan. Michael and sons prices are nowhere near competitive or reasonable.
    The good: I was able to easily book an appointment online and receive service the very next day. Also Carlos, the person dispatched to my home waved the dispatch fee when he realized there was a misunderstanding on the estimates given online. He was very nice.

We called all the competitors and people were so rude and availability was terrible. Some saying it would be 6-8 weeks before they could install a new unit. I called Acosta and Jasmine answered the phone and was seriously so incredibly nice and helpful. She heard me out and was super responsive and had someone out to me within hours. Jeremy came and quoted a new unit. He was extremely professional. Also he was very honest on what we needed and didn’t need. Jamie and Chris came and installed the next day. We could not have asked for better service all around! Couldn’t recommend Acosta more!

From the salesman Matt that first came to our home to the techs who installed the ac and thermostat everyone was exceptional. With ac install they did inspections a few months after to make sure everything was working smoothly. They even sent out one of their electricians Tony to inspect the breaker after install. Quality work.
    Several months later we had an electrical issue (unrelated to ac) and called Acosta back for their electrical service. Tony came out again and diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue. He does quality work and cares about his work. And it shows he tested many things to make sure his initial diagnosis was 100% the issue.
    I could not recommend Acosta enough and would use them again without hesitation they're just a great company with exceptional staff who knows their stuff.

The lady on the phone was so polite and understanding. She said they would get someone out as soon as they could but didn't know when that would be. Within 2 hours Christian was on his way. He looked at our outlet and then looked at all the rest on the same circuit. Because of the age of our house they were all in the same shape. He worked within our budget, had a couple of guys show up to help him out and in what seemed like just a couple of hours they had replaced the wiring in 4 outlets and a switch. They were polite, funny, very professional and easy going. We felt so comfortable with them in our home they seem like the kind of guys you'd have over to watch the game and hang out with on Sunday!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a need for some electrical work. I for certain would call them back should I need anything further. Thanks for coming out and helping us deal with something so stressful and turning into an easy process with great results!

Justin came out and after a thorough electrical inspection found I had a burned out outlet that affected the other two outlets. My 1950s house was at a high risk for internal electrical fire with a lot of arching. With the new panel, it brought my house into this century and have peace of mind that my house is safer now. The team in 2019 did an excellent job. Now in 2022, I had to call them back out 3 years later for what I would find to be 2 bad breakers. Kevin did a great job explaining the issue and fixing the problem in a timely manner. Mister Sparky is my go to electrician. Thanks for the great service.

The technician we spoke to at 8:01 pm stated he don't know what happened He don't know why they didn't show nor why they didn't call but the guy had done left and went home BUT if we wanted to pay another service fee then he could send somebody out otherwise we would be getting a call from someone to let us know what happened… We were told we couldn't cancel and get a refund but yet they were a no-show. We were told we couldn't even get our money back after they didn't show even though they advertised stating that if they don't show that the job is free they didn't even make it out to inspect the job TO GET IT'S FREE but that's what they advertise!! And they also say they'll come out when you call but they don't include you have to pay them an extra $250 to get them to do that. OTHERWISE they gave us a 12-hour slot 3 days after we called and made the appointment. Let's say I have proof the man saying he DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL US!!! They couldn't even give us a courtesy call to apologize for not showing up This is malarkey service and we've got nothing but malarkey service ever since we booked the appointment!!! First of all there was no miscommunication I have on recording the whole conversation also here's the wiring where my home could have burned down We were asked to take the review down I refuse The only thing that offered was to come out and fix it We refused they finally are going to refund our money if you got any sense do not call this company!!!!

Jen Dyer rated it 5/5: Kyle is a master electrician! I would highly recommend asking for him. Kyle hung a 250 pound chandelier in our home and he did it alone. It was an extremely difficult fixture to wire and hang. Four other electricians from different companies came out and were unable to install the fixture. Kyle was excited for the challenge and made quick work of the project. We were blown away that he was able to do the job himself. He is smart, talented, and very friendly. I was without water for almost 24 hours – thankfully most of it I was asleep. But he got the job done after several hours and blew out clay mud and a LOT of rocks in my pipe all the way from my meter. I’d hire him again for any plumbing needs!

He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable price for it all. Bobby was also very flexible when we had to push out the date of the job due to issues with the Spa vendor. All in all it was a great experience! Bobby was professional, thorough, and even followed up with me after he left to make sure that everything continued working properly. As someone who has investment properties and often works with electricians/contractors, I have to say that this is one of the best experiences that I’ve had. Hands down I would call Livewire electrical for any other electrical jobs I may have.

Kristen Thomas rated it 1/5: We hired C&E after being referred by Angi. After explaining what was going on with the fridge the repairman guessed it was a bad circuit board. He insisted it would be better to repair than buy a new one. After a few days he returned to install them part. Total it was a little over $400. The fridge just got hotter. He then said it would be ANOTHER $749 to repair the fridge. It seems that this company just wants to charge for more labor and more parts than you actually need and they do not stand by their work.
I don't know about you but I can't think of a single person who would find it logical to pay over $1,100 to repair a 5 year old fridge.

You could hire this company, or you could just throw your money in the garbage can. Either way you will still have a broken appliance.

Do not recommend.

I posted a negative review and asked if there was anything the company could do since they were unable to fix the fridge. I received a long rambling text message from the OWNER who seems not only incompetent, but was also insulting.

I tried to YouTube and research it myself but didn't want to break it. I called Gabe and Gary and they were able to come out and fix it quickly and efficiently. Not only did they help diagnose the problem but they also explained what happened, what common problems are, and how to keep my dryer working as well as it can. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience and fantastic customer service.

I called because they had some good reviews online i should've listened to the bad one's because that's the kind of service I got. First of all I had a refrigerator stop cooling after we moved into a new house. I told them it worked fine before we moved so it probably had a leak somewhere. Being pretty knowledgeable of HVAC systems since I'm a Ford Master Technician i did some preliminary testing. after looking at everything i didn't see any electrical issues so i figured it had to be a leak or my compressor failed. I called them letting them know i needed it diagnosed and it most likely had a leak. A tech came out and said it was a little low on freon and he only had to add 5 ounces. which i researched and my refrigerator only holds about 5 or 6 ounces so it wasn't a little low, it was completely empty and cost $281. I came home from work about 3 hours after his repair and the refrigerator was blowing warm already about 70 degrees. I called them the next morning and told them they didn't fixed the refrigerator and its cooling at 70 degrees. They proceeded to explain to me that seems to warm but the refrigerator was unplugged when they arrived so give a day or two and see what it does. I didn't think that would change anything except waste power and freon. I agreed let it run over the weekend and give them a call back Monday morning. over the weekend nothing changed so I decided to take the back panel off again and water test it for leaks. As you can see from the images below I found the leak myself. I called back Monday and talked with the manger. I told him my findings and he said he would send out a tech with his torches and all the correct equipment to fix the leak. The next day I left work early to meet the tech to repair my fridge. He came out, I showed him where the leak was and he checked it out. He said Yep it is definitely leaking there. Then he kind of looked at it and was silent for a little bit. i was thinking in my head … OK are you going to get your equipment from your truck and fix it? he finally said i don't have my torches to fix the line so we are going to have to schedule an appointment later this week. I then said what do you mean? Your boss specifically had you scheduled to come out because you would have the equipment to fix it. Then i just got a bunch of excuses. I finally just told him i would contact them
    later that evening to schedule a time for the next day. i text him back and said 1 pm you can come back out. he responded OK. then I got a text saying there will be an additional $50 charge to fix the line. i told him to have his manger call me. he then said OK but he will say the same thing. I never had a manager call me so i called left a message twice and then finally got a manager. I told him i fine with the $281 i already paid but i will not pay the $50 for a leak I found. I told him it would've been nice to get a phone call to tell me that the tech would not have the equipment to fix my leak so I wouldn't have to take off work again or waste my time and my family's time to meet them at our house. He said sorry but i would have to pay the $50 and I cant expect him to put $4,000 acetylene torches in all his trucks. I was getting no where so I told him to repair it and make sure it's fixed this time and i paid the $50. Do not use C & E they will take your money, lie to you repeatedly, and you'll have to tell them how to find and fix your problem.

  • Roger Gilliam rated it 1/5: Do not use these guys!! They gave me a estimate and I had to pay for parts in advance. They never got the parts and I have waited for months to get my money back. I keep getting the run around. Looks like I will have to take them to small claims court to get it!!!……update. After being promised I would get my money back i still have nothing. Think the guy disconnected his number. What a poor excuse for small business.
