They did a good job, stayed late to finish the job, and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped unclog the condensation drain on our AC unit that wasn't part of why they were there. They also offered the same services as another company at a much better value. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs.

Noah visited our home and installed the wrong Amp connection into our water heater even after we provided the instructions and box for the electric-tankless water heater. He left nothing but his hard with little information about what was done and didn't stay to see if it worked properly.
January 2022 – After a few phone calls to their customer service team, Kristen scheduled a new appointment within 2 days with a complete professional: Cameron.

He was kind, researched our product online, hooked up the correct amperage and checked the water to see if it was heating properly. A complete turn around, but the first impression left me wondering why there was such a discrepancy in their service.

I really love how professional this company is. The electrician they sent out, Phil was very nice, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. This was the 2nd or 3rd company that I tried, but ultimately ended up choosing Mr Electric due to their quick response and immediate availability. Dylan came out the same day and quoted me for the job and answered all my questions. I originally told him that I wanted a 14-50 outlet, but after he left, changed my mind and wanted a 6-50 outlet. A quick email and a description of what I was wanting to do was all it took to make the adjustments. Dylan and crew came out and installed the service and with 2 hours to spare. He ended up taking the 2 hours of labor off the quote since it was a quicker job than he originally expected. Seemed upfront and honest. Pricing seemed a little high compared to others, but the quality of service and attention to detail warranted the additional cost, for me. I am very happy with the service and everything looked very neat (electricians code).

Your website describes “Free estimates”. This dispatch or estimate fee was not disclosed by the website or the telephone appointment scheduler. In addition, the appointment scheduler declined to offer an estimate for this simple and common repair.

I am copying the Texas Secretary of State and filing a complaint online in hope that they will investigate this attempt at extortion. It’s of great interest that consumer reviews on Yelp and Google describe this same shabby business practice. I am obviously not the first victim of this scam.

Jake was very responsive and quick on trying to get things resolved for my family and I. Our house temperature was in the high 80s and Jake offered a portable ac unit, after hours, and on a Friday I might add. On the date of install, it went flawless thanks to Brian and Shamar. They arrived between the time frame given and were very professional. They walked me through everything they did at the end of install. I would definitely recommend.

I was experiencing a multi faceted heat system problem (caused by another vendor). I called Enoch for help I was so pleased that Enoch sent Greg to diagnosis, address and fixed our system heat before tonight (the temperature is dropping to 40°).

Technicians are friendly and professional but don't buy the Remy air purification system. Only had it installed a short time, paid $1600 and it was time for my routine maintenance the tech said it was no longer working. There is supposed to be a 7 yr warranty but they claimed what stopped working (the motherboard) wasn't covered and I would have to pay hundreds more $$ to have that fixed. I may or may not continue to use them for bi-yearly maintenance but will not purchase anything else from them.

They where very punctual and actually arrived 15 minutes early. It only took them 30 minutes to show me that the belt was broken on the fan. They didn't have a belt to fix it and said they do not do that type of work. They told me that I owed them $2,300 for their 30 minutes of work. This included a $250 trip charge and $600 for them to rent a lift. The guy that quoted me never said that they don't do this work and that they don't have the equipment to do it. I objected to the price so they cut the bill down to $1,100 which was still about $900 higher than what a fair price would have been. I found the belts at a HVAC parts store and paid $500 to rent a lift and put them on myself.

They were very professional and Chris did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. He even shortened the chain of my light when he hung it so I didn’t have to zip tie it up. It was 100.00 more than the quoted price, but worth every penny. I would use them again!

As it stands, I felt like I had been taken advantage of in a desperate situation. Several hundred dollars for a small part and a quick (few minutes) fix without disclosing ahead of time just came across as shady. I now doubt their integrity and would not recommend them. It's very simple, you agree to a price before the work is done. You don't do the work and then surprise the customer with an expensive bill.

We moved, and had Chris come back out to reinstall the same oven into our new home…going from gas to propane. He did something wrong, however, which allowed propane to fill our home every time it was used. This could be volatile, and is also a health issue. When called to come back and fix the problem, Chris refused to accept responsibility and wanted to charge another $200+ to come back out. He portrays himself as a Christian, but this is not how Christian companies are run.
