Customer service on the phone was great, Cody was very nice and professional. The availability was very good too. I needed a technician to come because of a noise coming from my unit and they had someone available to come in two days. It wasn't an emergency, so I was pleased with the time. Julian, the technician, was very nice, professional and on time. They said he would be coming between 1 to 5 pm and that's when he showed up. He listened to our concerns and explain to us the noise we were listening in our unit. So far we are very pleased with the service.

He described the problem, had the solution to fix it. he gave me two different prices (one if unit had warranty and one if unit did not have warranty) I was happy he took care of finding out if my a/c system was still under warranty. He called me within an hour telling me that my unit still had warranty and scheduled a time on that same day to come out to fix my a/c unit. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the pricing. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.”

A belt in the washer slipped out of place a couple of days ago and we called up Gaby right away! George dropped by this morning and repaired it free of charge!

Our only complaint is that he wouldn't take our money when Priscilla insisted he at least charge for the visit. Next time take our money George cuz you know we're gonna call again if we have issues. Thanks a ton El Paso Repair Appliance!

He initially came to remove lint from my dryer. That done, I identified a need for repair to my washer. A part(s) were put on order. Later, communication with regard to the part, its arrival and subsequent repair was expedited professionally thanks in part to Gabby, who mans the office's phone line. She is a conscientious communicator.

Angela Daughtrey rated it 1/5: It all started out pretty professionally but our experience turned into one of the worst appliance repair nightmares we could have imagined. We called El Paso Appliance Repair and requested a technician to come and check out our dishwasher in November 2021 because it stopped working. It was determined the machine needed a new motherboard. We prepaid $158 for the new part to be ordered. Two weeks later, the technician came to "try" to install the new motherboard. In the almost three hours he was at our house, he broke the top panel clasps, scratched our stainless steel door up (he removed the door and took it outside and placed it on the pavement – my husband took pictures) and left without the dishwasher being repaired. His boss, George, the owner of the company, came by a couple of days later to try to make the repairs. We told him about the scratches and showed him our pictures and he said that he would pay for the replacement of the door – $100. After George left, we were hopeful that the dishwasher was now functioning. NO it was not!!! It leaked and the top panel fell to the kitchen floor every time we opened the dishwasher door. We placed towels on the floor to absorb the water leaking from dishwasher for a few days until the dishwasher stopped working again. Not trusting the integrity of the "repaired" dishwasher or that our dishwasher would "ever be the same", my husband and I decided to buy a new dishwasher. We spoke with George who agreed to now refund $258 to us (representing the upfront cost of the new motherboard of $158 and $100 for the scratched door). He also volunteered to pick up and install the new dishwasher and haul off the old one. The day before he was to do the scheduled install, we found out George hurt his back. We felt bad and conveyed our well wishes. It is now January and we really wanted our new dishwasher installed and arranged install with another contractor. Of course that install added another almost $200 to our cash output. Since the install, we have left numerous messages with George and his company to arrange for the $258 refund that we were promised and our calls and requests have all been ignored. Our simple repair ended up costing us over $1,000 because we chose El Paso Appliance Repair. DO NOT USE THEM.

It’s almost a month now, he has came out to my home 4 TIMES over these weeks and each time has messed around “attempting to repair” my air. They never answer the phone when you call, it’s in the 100s outside everyday this week and I AM STILL WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. I’ve had to contact another company and pay again to receive help. Look elsewhere for hvac issues and do yourself a favor please.

I asked them why you charged me $78 without fixing it and they told me its a service charge and to fix microwave it will cost $750..They didn’t tell me before that they will charge me $78…next day he called me and said they can fix it for $275…Don’t even use their services..They will just charge you for no reason. I can buy brand new microwave for $78..Very disappointed with their service.

They were able to repair it and shower me in details all the issues it was having. Arturo pays attention to detail and made sure everything was working. We are already hiring him again for two more appliance repairs we need. I HIGHLY recommend them!
